He was gift wrapped the game. Had Lynch carried the ball, the game was over.

BS. He had 4 clutch TD drives, and 2 in the 4th quarter. He earned it 100%. Broke multiple SB records in the process. Give the
man his due.

Probably because its been reduced to a minor foot note since he, you know, WENT 13-15 WITH 2 TD DRIVES IN THE 4TH QUARTER TO WIN THE SUPERBOWL

Maybe?

Fortunate for winning a close game in which he played well? Seattle is fortunate Kearse caught a pass with his feet.

Blame for what? Scoring 28pts including 14 in the 4th quarter against a defense that has been stout for most of the past 2 years?

You guys find ways to apply absurd standards to players you don't care for.

and your acting like the guy is perfect...he's not.... he's the guy I would have pointed at if you would have lost...Who would have been to blame in your mind ?

I never said he was perfect but your applying a lot of your own opinion to not see the game for what it was. A legendary performance by an all-time great QB on the biggest stage vs the toughest opponent possible.

Blame isn't an absolute thing but most likely the defense for giving up 31pts.

Why doesn't anyone else throw 4 vs Seattle including 2 in the 4th Q? I wonder...

like I said, he was great in the 4th, but also very fortunate because of the Pete fiasco

Well you asked why nobody has heard much about the 2 picks.

Because usually when you win the superbowl in dramatic and legendary fashion, people tend to remember all the great plays you made rather than the few bad ones. Not exactly a new phenomenon.

It's like Ali against the ropes refusing to quit vs Holmes.

Unfortunately for him that caused permanent brain damage. For some I think that might be the case here too.....

How many different threads are you going to bring up the 12 completions ? Did you even watch the game ? its not like Wilson threw it 40-50 times....again, the receivers weren't good enough to get separation.....to hard to comprehend this ? I haven't heard anyone outside of you making this an issue...think your blinded by hate here...

You pacific northwesterners have a different idea of "seperation" than real people do. You will be saying the same thing about Mariotta's receivers. If they aren't running 5 yards open, there is no seperation.

Most #1 & #2 WR's can get separation .....Seattle's can't... pretty much why he didn't force the issue to get you more then 12 completions. it was pretty easy to see for most of us....NE secondary compounded the problem

There really isn't more than a foot of seperation in the NFL hence back shoulder throws and REAL quarterbacks throwing the ball before the receiver breaks. You know how many Luck throws that I have to wait a split second to even see if receiver caught the ball.

Obviously Seattle needs to upgrade some at WR.

Losing Tate and then basically kicking Harvin off the team just thinned them out too much.

Vlad I think Dangerous has a future even if he might not be a top level QB.
