There really isn't more than a foot of seperation in the NFL hence back shoulder throws and REAL quarterbacks throwing the ball before the receiver breaks. You know how many Luck throws that I have to wait a split second to even see if receiver caught the ball.

not going to go back and forth with you again on all of this.....we just see the game differently

Obviously Seattle needs to upgrade some at WR.

Losing Tate and then basically kicking Harvin off the team just thinned them out too much.

Vlad I think Dangerous has a future even if he might not be a top level QB.

He stinks. How long you think he will have top level running game and top defense. Brad Johnson was better. IF YOU CAN NOT DROP BACK 35-40 TIMES A GAME AND COMPLETE 60% OF YOUR PASSES, YOU ARE NOT A REAL QUARTERBACK.

You have to cut him some slack for being on a team with no WRs though. He can certainly drop back and make the throws even if he might not be your prototypical pocket QB.

He made some great throws yesterday.

So most would rather have Luck as their QB than Wilson.............That doesn't make Wilson bad............

That last int reminded me of when Pitt intercepted Warner in the SB when he tried one of those crossing routes from around the 1. He ran it back around 100 yards for a score.

I can understand Warner doing it, but I can't imagine any reason why they didn't let Lynch run it in. I would rather lose the game with NE stopping my best player than relying on Wilson's arm on a slant route.

The DB knew exactly what was coming. Did y'all see the ground he made up to intercept that pass? Great play for sure.

coaching staff put Wilson in a bad spot asking him to throw a high risk tight window pass like that.. the pass wasn't bad at all. Locket didn't move quick enough and the DB made a great play...the play should have been a roll out to where even an incompletion would have left plenty of time for 2 beast mode runs

Yeah thats how I see it. I guess you could run on 2nd, call TO, throw on 3rd but I'd rather have the option to throw or run on the last 2 plays.

I'm thinking a veteran QB would have decided against running that play if called from the sideline. I couldn't imagine Brady, Manning, or Rodgers even running that play.

I don't know, it sounded like Wilson didn't like the play call but felt he had no choice, or the authority to change it on his own.

I believe that even if Lockette had caught the ball he would have been stopped short. When the DB intercepted it he knocked Lockette backwards into the field of play.

I don't know, I haven't really looked at it too much.

I think you're right...I think it was a poorly run play and he wouldn't have scored

Seattle should draft a qb this draft...Always draft a qb until you get a great one. You cant consistantly win in the NFL without a great qb.

Another huge play not mentioned that I've seen in this thread is when Kearse, I believe it was, dropped that pass from Wilson in the 3Q. That would have given Sea a 1st down and in at least FG range. They ended up punting the ball after that.

If he had caught it, Sea would have been in great shape.
