I just think running backs are ridiculously over valued. As a Pats fan, you should know this. You get guys off the street that perform. You have different tailbacks every single year. And usually they are cast off

I think alot of it has to do with heart. If you are a first round running back, you are an instant millionaire at 22. If you are Jonas Gray, you are game-to-game hoping you don't get cut and glad to take the minimum.

I agree, but I was talking to Chop the mush

The kid's a really good back...no doubt.

In the Walker...Jackson class...NO!

How many yards did Murray get against his former team today?

Best...Great many times depends on who the hell they have as teammates.

He's going to be a top 5 pick in fantasy football in his rookie season.
When is the last time that ever happened if ever

T-Rich was picked in the 6-10range if I recall.

And he was on the Browns. Gurley would've been in that range too if not for the ACL I think.

I think Edge James was top 5. He was a beast out of the U.

I got EJ in like 4th round his rookie season.

Ricky Williams went ahead of him that same season but not first round

Yeah you're right I'm sure. Shows how inefficient things were back then.

Faulk was top 3 the year before then they traded him and Edge was great out of the U. Figured it was him. Thought Ricky Williams was like 2nd rd.

AP was like rd 4-5 fwiw. Chester Taylor was expected to get half the carries.

If the answer to highest ADP for RB is T-Rich then that is funny. Actually Ryan Matthews was around the 8-10 range if I recall because it was probably my worst pick ever. Came into LT's spot in 2010.

That's hard to believe .

Barry Sanders was before my time.
I imagine he went pretty high but having a hard time thinking of anyone higher then Richardson

I don't think he has the burst and explosiveness AP does. But he is obviously a monster in the making.

Edjerrin James went 4th overall in the 99 draft to the Colts. Ricky Williams 5th overall to the Saints in the infamous dumbass Ditka draft. I bet that dude has smoked so much weed he is eternally high.

They just called back a 90 yard td that would have moved him up to over 300 on an illegal formation

I think Cadillac Williams went pretty high now that I think of it. There was that year him, Ronnie Brown and Cedric Benson all somehow went top 5 in the draft. Wow were teams way dumber even just 10 years ago.

I think he went into the season getting all the carries and his adp was like 10-12ish range.

Yeah a few of those seem a little off to me.

By the time drafts really rolled around, Lacy wasn't going 4th rd. He was going around 2nd. Had a lot of hype off a good preseason and being on the Packers.

T-Rich way off as well. He was a late 1st/early 2nd.
