if you followed steam like I have said in the begginning of the thread you would have went around 9-2 tonite. Some of you guys are trying to dplicate how I am doing this and may not be ready or understand what I go thru.
If you didn't make some money last nite doing this than you were looking at the wrong thing. The first question is do you have the resources neccessary tot find and bet steam? First get a hold of betting steam before you do anything else. Betting steam in CBB wins. Follow it.
We will mpve on to -120 lines after. You must learn how to scalp and middle next and that is how you will win by placiing imaginary scalps and middles because you will bet these without buying back at sharp books. But like I said just follow steam in CBB.

Yeah, hitting the steam really really is key... at least for me. I usually cap those a little more when i see it move .5. It's a lot easier than football, but I guess my tendency is to wonder why the line is moving in favor of a team...
basketball the line moves mean $$$ no need for contrarian style... unless the team is a popular team that's on a streak... aka Cavs/Suns -5 or whoever the line was -5 for.

I use Don Best, this site's live lines & Pinnacles streaming live lines. Would these work or do I need something else?
Also, I got the steam stuff down. I am assuing you dont differentiate your plays into categories such as steam, rogue lines, etc...to see what % they hit individually.
I enjoy chatting about this and just want to acquire as much knowledge as possible to maximize profit......

#2 You say you look for a "live dog." So today for example Manhattan went from a PICK to a +1.5 almost everywhere except one book, who has them +2. Do you jump on the +2 now or wait until prior to tip to see how it moves? Would this be a live dog example or am I totally missing the picture?
#3 Explain to me the reasons for playing games in NCAABB and then do the same for NBA.
Example: NBA-- You play only steam plays after 6PM, and halftime lines that are -120 at other places for -110 ,etc....

TheRX live lines is faster than the don best free service. When you see a game move simultaneously across the board it is almost always steam.
Ice has been looking for this steam for a while and is perfecting his system I believe.
NCAAB is easier to find easy lines because of the sheer number of games and the fact that it is hard to cap 50-100 games everyday. Also there is a large syndicate that bets college bb only.

What he means is that NBA just denied Kobe's appeal to have his suspension reviewed/appealed around 5pm EST; so Knicks at -1.5 is going, going gone as books now *know for a fact* that Kobe isn't playing tonight.
