I personally don't care if there is a cap but I think if there is more than 10 people, we should consider a pool % breakdown - maybe top 3 or something.

May I suggest that if one loses in week one then that could be your once chance. From week two on then one strike and your out. This has seemed to work in some survivor pools that I have played in the past.
