So it's just coincidence that he gave the wrong email and phone number? I find that hard to believe, that out of all the customers you have, you have a problem with this one, and just happens, by coincidence, you couldnt contact him because he gave you the wrong info. I believe this is being used as a scapegoat. The bets went through, plain and simple, it's not his responsibility to make sure you have the correct software that rejects any wagers over the limit(which there are none on your site regarding soccer). Keep in mind I dont normally get out of line in this forum, but a bet is a bet, simple as that.
