Uou guys are losing the forest for the trees. The only fact that really matters here for purposes of these wagers is the timing of the cancellation. wsexsteve has said it was BEFORE the event while Revere14 is saying it was AFTER the event. If the cancellation was before the event then wsex is in the right and it's case closed. If it was after the event then Revere14 is in the right and he should be paid. Check the tickets, it looks like they are time-stamped. This is an easy case.
Looking at that log, i see how much time and effort you put into this..
I can't imagine why you would not have simply called the wager in, seeing as how you were sure this was legit.
This must have been one of those last minute things..You only had two hours to click and bet beofre cutoff time..
Regardless of WSEX' intentions, yours sure seem obvious to me.. Get them in any way possible, and hope it goes unnoticed till the game goes off.

Is there a reason why you gave us a phoney phone number and email address? What was your reason for putting in so many bets with different amounts? Were you trying to sneak them past us when noone was in? Do you think we take $40,000 on soccer without moving the line? I was awakened at 6;30 a.m and tolf of the bets. We tried to call you and email you

Regardless, the cancellation timestamp are 11:30am-well after it was over. Sure, he was working your # and knew it was off, but I still think that the burden of proof is on you.
Even more so if he was allowed to play multiple limit plays in the past, and ESPECIALLY if he was allowed to do so during "overnight shifts".
Were plays like this remotely close to past play?

So it's just coincidence that he gave the wrong email and phone number? I find that hard to believe, that out of all the customers you have, you have a problem with this one, and just happens, by coincidence, you couldnt contact him because he gave you the wrong info. I believe this is being used as a scapegoat. The bets went through, plain and simple, it's not his responsibility to make sure you have the correct software that rejects any wagers over the limit(which there are none on your site regarding soccer). Keep in mind I dont normally get out of line in this forum, but a bet is a bet, simple as that.

The player said there was precedence established. in other words, he has done this before.
Can this player or any player post from their WSEX account history proving WSEX has in the past allowed double pops, 3x, 4x, ect?
If WSEX has allowed let's say double pops but not triple pops then they should pay up to whatever precedence has been established.
No reasonable person should conclude that you can pop a line without any kind of limit but a single pop may be just as unreasonable.
