He's consider a high risk guy at least if you look at what fantasy football guys think.
These fantasy sites have some crazy stats....even career injury stats
Stafford of instance has had

He might have a decent sized rundown of injuries at a young age but he isn’t really docked for them in FF, he’s the highest drafted QB with limited running upside (behind Allen hurts Mahomes Lamar and similar to fields)

the running QBs are the ones people give the inj prone/higher probability label to but if they stay healthy they crush so you gotta accept the risk a lot of times

some just get defensive about their QB's or teams . I get it..
How many games is Burrow gonna miss with a “bad calf strain”?

The media latched on to the narrative of him missing 3-5 when there was no evidence of him missing any

Oh look, he’s back at practice and suiting up for Week 1. Shocker!

You sure? Apparently Brittle Burrow can’t stay on the field. He’s such a dinged up liability

All of those missed regular season and playoff games since his rookie….oh wait

Maybe I should lean into the false narrative

“Actually they would’ve won the Super Bowl and beaten the Chiefs last year if not for his torn ACL his rookie year lingering and clearly affecting his play”

He’s great. I think that is all that matters...I'm stuck with Geno as a fan.

Hopefully you'll be bumping this thread at some point during the season...i do admirer your vigorous defense of him...huge fan and i like big NFL passion.

Nah I got too tired of doing that

Bengals weren’t making the playoffs last year according to the RX

It was the year for the Bills to win the Super Bowl ???

Enough “I told you so” fodder for a lifetime.

Also Geno is good enough

Might have one of the best trios at WR in the league with Jaxon there now

I had a future bet on them last year to win it all...haven't made any so far this year.

He wasnt good the last 4th of the season..started throwing in to coverage regularly...i thought the postive press he was getting didn't help his decision making...we'll see.

I'm not sure about the run defense and the seahawks again this year they fell apart during games last year vs better O lines

We haven't played any games yet that I know of this season. Who knows if there will be any lingering effects or setbacks with his calf.
I hope not. They need to beat the Browns in week 1. At the moment , the Bowns are my enemy going into this season.

I haven't called Burrow injury prone yet. But he's on my radar with that potential label.

They don’t “need” to beat the Browns in Week 1.

They might lose. Browns have their number, divisional rivalry, and it’s Week 1

Bengals started 0-2 overall and 0-3 in the division and still won it easily

That all said, I do hope the Bengals start fast this year. I’m tired of going to Arrowhead in January. Let’s play the next one in Cincy

The Browns shouldn’t be your enemy.

They're not enough of a threat :)
If you've set up future division parlays with the Steelers , Bengals and Ravens, the Browns are your enemy. Can't take anything for granted in this business, . Even though we both agree that Watson is way overrated, I think he's set up for success better than any other time in his career.

I don't want the Browns hanging around at the end of the year, like to see them in a hole right from the beginning

and now a bad calf strain when just rolling out
I'm going to make a rare prediction.
That calf injury lingers throughout the season.
He misses at least 4-5 games this season.
From what I'm seeing he's not even a definite for week 1.
We'll see
Good luck this season

If the Bengals start the season 2-0, the division is close to a wrap barring any significant slew of injuries

Gut feeling is one of the first two games is a dud and they go 1-1

If the Steelers get the win in week 1, they will go wire to wire.
