Gringo,
If you are at a W/U office and you send cash and they process it while you are there in line, it's ready when you get out of line. Simple as that. c/c's are a completely differnet story.

I don't think Cris owes. They never said *money's in and they had a bet*. From my 20 years experience in dealing with W/U, IMO, I think Gary lied. It also seems they abused and lost a good customer.

just another thread showing how great CRIS is weather 5 replys or 250. the guy writing the e-mail knows he is wrong but is bitter about a WU not going through in time, be patient give the books more time. harldy anbyone cares about ur past success with WU. every one should be treated the same. his bet history is not an issue unless you are stupid. if you think it is, and you happen to own a book then its your own call. this guy is just silly.

"i deposited too close to game time like a dumb ass and I get a $150 bet?!, mondo coolness man!!" would have been a lot more appropriate thread title

Rob Funk: You cannot be more wrong in this case, I think CRIS knows if the situation presented itself again they would act differently.

The guy is a POST UP player NOT a CREDIT player.

A million in 5 years is not all that much by anyone's standards. If you think so, you have never kept records on your personal handle. Dime plays --- million handle (if that is what he means by "exchanged") is only about 910 plays which would be less than 200 plays a year or less than 5 plays a week. WOW --- and like it was his only out --- shame on anyone that hits on CRIS on this matter --- Shink glad you apologized -- the guy is a post up player and DOES NOT have money until CRIS says they have it. Mistakes are part of being human and this was simply a mistake on both the player and CRIS's part. To hammer them right during post up time for football on this issue is shameless.

A guy sends a email to a third party and "claims" he put a mill through and you take it as fact? How many dime players that average 250 k a year do you know that use Western Union? More impotantly how many dime players do you know that can't just keep the account funded and not worry about the deposit getting there in time? I know if I was a loyal customer who put a mill into play at a book it would be funded at all times

Put me down as the ONE guy who diputes his claim

Dicky W. No disrespect but you are caught up in if he sent and plays that much. He said that IMO to prove his loyalty. CRIS has poor customer service. That's the point here.

SORRY. I AGREE WITH THE PLAYER

As I posted earlier in this thread if the email is correct and the player is telling the truth, yes the whole thing was handled poorly and I would grade his game a winner
