She would be basically not able to continue the Pay to Play. Hillary would be out of the loop at that point and probably could not maintain much less improve her health to try for another attempt to become POTUS. If Trump is elected and turns things around then the Dem's are more or less out of business for quite a while. If Trump turns things around if elected chances are he would be reelected.
If Hillary is not elected how much would she and Bill make for speeches and how many would be interested in paying the recent high speaking fees when literally both of their hands would be tied and they already have millions to fall back on. Hard to feel sorry for millionaires.

The pharmaceutical company that distributes the EpiPen is also a Clinton Foundation donor.
Hillary Clinton criticized the company, Mylan, on Wednesday, calling its price hikes of the life-saving medical device “outrageous.”
“It’s just the latest troubling example of a company taking advantage of its consumers,” said Clinton.
But those remarks highlight Clinton’s radio silence on the price of the EpiPen, which has grown steadily since 2007, when Mylan acquired rights to sell the 50-year-old drug.
