just watched the vid - he's probably charged with murder too - and potentially found guilty - the guy clearly says he cannot breathe - and then he said I'm going to die - I mean what the fuck

but this cop is serving at least 10 plus years - at the min

So, maybe he will get murder... sounds like he deserves it.

The other cops got fired, do you think that is just? Do you think they will be charged with anything?

You’re a comedian, not a lawyer. The advice you should be giving is to record the police at every chance you get. If they stop you, record them. If you see them searching a car and you’re walking by, record them. If they approach you EVER, record them. As long as you know you haven’t committed a crime, record them. They can’t do anything but submit.

It is your responsibility as a taxpaying citizen to hold them accountable. We are their bosses. So we have to hold them accountable. Record the police. Its how you get the transparency that’s needed.

The other cops should be fired - they are there to protect lives - when they see something and they wanna look the other way I get it - but I don't get it when the guy is stepping on someone's throat - this cop is a known trouble maker from what I read - maybe they were intimidated by him - regardless, people can be charged with forms of homicide where they did nothing (inaction) - if I don't feed my infant child and he starves to death - I'm responsible for his death - I think the other cops needed to remove his foot from his head - it wasn't there in a struggle or for like 10 secs so he could wise up

No, I'm not a comedian and I do not practice criminal law - and without a video these cops would have walked - so ur probably correct

I was taught at a very young age to respect law enforcement....I grew up in the 60s in South Jersey....Knew cops who helped the kids in our neighborhood who shaped our lives....Sickens me to see cops during these times disrespect the people that they are supposed to protect and serve even when they are making arrests....It is tough to be a police officer nowadays especially in the larger cities but the cop in question here in Minny needs to go to prison for what he did...the other officers who watched are just ignorant assholes....

Mob, just some common sense - don't commit crimes and be respectful to the police (as u should to anyone) and you won't have any problems - if the police some how encounter me - we leave as friends - if they encounter u - u leave without ur teeth in their car - why even let that shit happen to u in the first place?

I was young and stupid and mouthed off at the police in my teens. My dad taught me otherwise later. "The more you comply the faster you're done with them" Lived that way ever since.

In the security cam video during his traffic stop and detainment, there doesn't show any evidence of Floyd resisting arrest. He was handcuffed, sat down on the side walk, then pushed up against a wall. It does show him "looking" like he's complaining about the handcuffs. But it doesn't show him struggling with police or resisting.

3 out of 4 will get their jobs back. The dude who did the murder will do time. Don’t know how much. Pretty much a license to kill without the footage

And the world goes on and soon everyone forgets...[FONT=system-ui, -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, Segoe UI, Roboto, Ubuntu, Helvetica Neue, sans-serif]But once a year the Dallas PD holds a memorial for 5 cops killed by Micah Johnson, and that reminds them they need to treat black men and women better.....If my brother was murdered like this , I'm making sure that PD will be holding a memorial for it every year....and remind them their actions have consequences ......It's why we have a 2nd Amendment...Mob you're from MD. you saw what they did to Duncan Lemp...killed while asleep..Louisville KY an EMT woman killed while asleep..it ain't going to end until more people get vengeance to remind police ......enough is enough![/FONT]

Maggots like you never mention black on white murders that happen every day, or black on black murders that happen every day. Funny how that works.

BEAR, Del. – An 86-year-old Delaware man has died after police say 29-year-old Sheldon Francis shot the victim and his wife at a cemetery on Friday.
Police say the victim’s wife, an 85-year-old woman, died at the scene after being shot. The male victim was transported to a hospital in critical condition, but died on Saturday as a result of the injuries.
The shooting happened at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery on Friday around 10:13 in the morning. Around noon, police say the suspect exchanged gunfire with police in a wooded area near the cemetery. It’s in that area that the suspect was found deceased around 4:00 p.m., according to police. It’s unclear if the suspect died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, or during the exchange of gunfire with police.

Come on guy. The Breonna Taylor case is nothing like this. The cops should’ve done better in identifying the suspect they were looking for but they were shot at by the occupant of an apartment so they shot back. Do better man.

Duncan Lemp was militia and had a rifle and refused to comply with police commands. See here:

"The officers entering the residence announced themselves as police and that they were serving a search warrant," police said. "Officers gave commands for individuals inside the residence to show their hands and to get on the ground."[SUP][6][/SUP] The Montgomery County Police Department said that Lemp "confronted" police and was shot by one of their officers.[SUP][1]
[/SUP]

"Upon making contact with Lemp, officers identified themselves as the police and gave him multiple orders to show his hands and comply with the officer’s commands to get on the ground," police said. "Lemp refused to comply with the officer’s commands and proceeded towards the interior bedroom door where other officers were located."[SUP][6][/SUP]Police also stated that "Lemp was found to be in possession of a rifle and was located directly in front of the interior bedroom entrance door.”[SUP][6][/SUP]

Do u know how statistically irrelevant 2, 3, 4 or 20 people are in comparison the the 330 million people living the US is? if you want to put a real dent statistically into blacks being murdered I can assure you it is not these 5 police cases we see every year - you need to focus on the thousand upon thousands of blacks murdered by other blacks - than u would be doing black people real justice - so get out there in the black community and help or you can always keep ghosting at the RX

Yep. I"m with ya it'll be hard to "prove" intent. Jesus Christ, Manslaughter. That would be horseshit. I'll be curious to see what the officers history records show with excessive force.

Lets just say - I'm pretty sure this ain't his first rodeo
