How about this angle? The victim repeatedly stated he couldn't breath and repeated he was in pain. The witnesses all said the same thing. The officer had his knee on his neck for over 9 minutes. There were 4 other police standing, assisting and watching. What's the charge there, gross negligence?

He's asked step out of his car and is detained. The police report says he was resisting arrest. A secondary security video from a restaurant shows him being handcuffed. The whole time watching it looks like he's complaining about the cuffs being tight but he was never resisting arrest or putting up a struggle.
