This cop had 18 prior complaints - everyone in a position above him is demoted or fired - starting with the Chief of Police and the Mayor

Police unions have too much power.

If anyone ever looked into their disciplinary process, they would be like 'no that cant be right'

The way George Floyd died will probably be considered as voluntary manslaughter......or even involuntary manslaughter.......I don't think they can pin a murder charge.......but they probably will so the city doesn't burn to the ground.

Some gyms actually receive tax credits/subsidies to have certain sub-sets of the population training with them. I know there are programs for vets, the disabled, the elderly, etc. Basically, the gym fills out paperwork and the credits pay portions of the monthly tuition.

It's just basically contiuing ed, which is a fairly common requirement in most any position. And meanwhile, the officers get to connect with other people in their jurisdiction who are trained and capable of violence - that's not a bad thing.

Cowboy sounds like you have some self-defense training. Whats your take on the cop keeping his left hand in his pocket while his knee was on Floyd's neck ? Was that just an innocuous way of applying more pressure to Floyd's neck while trying to be undetected? If so that is more vicious than what we see.
