As a point of clarification, the NFL or Wells did not have "everything" from the 2 clown's cellphones vis-a-vis Brady. Which is why Wells and the NFL asked for electronic information from Brady. The Wells report only contains text messages between McNally & Jastremsky and those from Brady that they handed over.

I'm not a lawyer, and I didn't sleep at a Holiday Inn Express last night, so the info I'm using is from the talking head lawyers on TV. It seems from what they're are saying that the league has a good chance of winning this one.

They were saying that to win an injunction, Brady will have to prove to a judge that he has a good chance of winning his case in court. Who knows how this turns out.
