Dude - Are you kidding? Auburn is a HUGE rival. You need to go back further than 10 years. We used to play Auburn every year and it's always been a HUGE game.

As for the games I looked at I just looked at big name teams that were in a row.

Like I said in 2006, the offense was horrible, so it's tough to look at the games in the manner you would like to. 07 had no defense. 05 was his first year with no depth and little talent.

I agree that Vandy covers this game 75% of the time - that is why I almost ALWAYS bet Vandy as I have posted on this board before. This is a different year IMO bec UF has both O and D for the first time in Meyer's tenure. Vandy is beaten up, night game not a nooner, Vandy imploding, etc.

I really don't believe I'm being that biased. remember I bet on LSU a month ago so I have no problem betting against UF.

Whether you think Auburn is a rival or not, MEYER doesnt consider them a rival and that is where the preparation of the game begins and ends and that is whose state of mind we are trying to determine.

OK - I'll give you that, but in the scope of those games, it was still a big time game.

I wouldn't bet on us. The only teams we beat were FCS teams and Northwestern, who gift wrapped the game for us (+5 turnover ratio).

Granted Wisconsin is awful on the road but we are a dead program on a disappointing season with no QB, no OL, no running game, and a defense that can either be ran all over or dink-and-dunked for 450+ yards.

Iowa came here and won 45-9, Ball State won 42-20, Michigan State 42-29. Wisconsin won 33-3 last year and was up 52-0 last time they came to Indiana before calling off the dogs and giving us 17 points.

There's no way I see this game being close. We've only covered once this year and it was the NW game, a fluke. The numbers look bad and watching the team and knowing the teams the matchup is bad.

nothing is ever as good or as bad as it seems

indiana has tremendous line value. they dont have to win.

like i said, i am looking at the game - and i start each week by looking at who has line value first and then capping the game from there

I did - still doesnt mean anything to me. They just dont have the guns. Meyer is pushing these guys hard to close the deal this weekend. Night game actually plays in UF's favor. 38-14 is a cover. I took it, but not a huge play - I did that last week against UGA.

Just some info. on the Western Mich/ Illini match up. Ticket sales are really down so this will be a strange atmosphere in Ford Field. Your looking at an NFL stadium with about 15,000 people in it at kickoff. Not sure this means anything or is of any help but sometimes it can effect the game when you can hear a pin drop as the visiting team is under center.

Also, the Illini have played dismal this year in all their 12pm games so that doesn't help being this is kind of a Trap game anyway.

The Illini are 0-3 ATS this year at noon kickoffs (11am central time)

12 points motivation for Iowa. Easy. Home underdog vs. an undefeated team? Game of the year for Iowa + a fantastic coach and a very good homefield advantage for Iowa.

Penn State -7.5. Line is on the money. Not a lot of line value. Doesn't mean the game is not a play in either direction if you cap it out.
