I think Buehler could have a pretty mediocre outing today. He wasn’t very good in his month long rehab stint in the minors. I do think the Dodgers are getting a boost from having Betts back, which is one of the reasons I bet them yesterday. But there is a good chance Buehler doesn’t give them a quality start or even five good innings. Still waiting on Texas to announce their pitcher.

I will make a couple of square bets here. This is a bet on Skenes against a weak offense, even with Rodriguez back. Seattle just got swept by Detroit and scored four total runs in the series. They scored their run today due to four walks in the first inning. Now they travel to Pittsburgh and have to face one of the best pitchers in baseball. What Seattle does have going for them is they are throwing Logan Gilbert. Despite being 7-8, he has an ERA at 2.87 and a WHIP of 0.87. The Pirates lineup is equally unimpressive and this seems like it should be low scoring. If you just want to play the under, I get that. I believe the Mariners are in a bit of a funk, this isn’t the best scheduling spot and pitching matchup for them and the Pirates get the benefit of playing at home after a day off.

I will probably bet one more game tomorrow. GL

Nice close to the week. Once Miami and Washington pulled out those games, I was in pretty good shape for the day. +25 units with over a month left is pretty awesome. I will be betting all my college futures this week, which will be posted in the college football forum. If you like money and have tailed me over the past calendar year, congratulations. I will never charge people for picks or ask anyone for money. I just want people to win and have fun. Let’s keep that going tomorrow.
