Love your 10-pt teaser but not really into the other "jumbo-teasers".

This week in particular, alot of games came down to either the favorite or nothing for me. But I didn't want to lay the points. My capping suggested backing the favorite, but my experience scared me off the points. Didn't really get the sense that the spreads had much value, at least not for the games I was interested in. This was my way of compensating. What appears to be "jumbo teasers" is simply this: my main bet is on colts and packers. Every other team is equal in terms of money value. From there every possible combination was bet to provide some flexibility. By doing it this way, I am taking a stab at trying to pick SU winners for the week, instead of trying to win with spreads that I see as being more or less, where they should be for alot of these games. Best way I can explain it.

Good to have already guaranteed the winning week. Hope the Eagles pull through tonight and add to the profit. Either way, that makes 6 out of 7 profitable weeks so far, and I'm happy with that. Not so happy with the way the ball has been bouncing though. Feels like I can't catch that one break to push me over the top. I think it's coming soon though. Staying positive, and moving on

It will depend on the NFL season and my schedule in general. I will do my best to put up a thread soon, though. First few games of the NBA season, I tend to sit back and just watch some of the games, to get a feel for how personnel changes during the offseason, will affect team play on the court. Plus, we are entering the heart of the NFL season. In years past, this has been a very profitable time of the year for me So we'll see. What I do know, is that I don't want to overextend my time. Just going to play it by ear, for now. Hope you had a profitable Sunday P. <><>

Eagles win puts me at over $10,000 profit for week 7. Picks went 6-2 SU and ATS. Something's brewing here, impatiently waiting to explode one week. That makes 6 out of 7 profitable weeks. Got that hunch, that good things are coming :toast:

The Bears. They are in a bounce back spot after getting embarrassed, and are playing against arguably the worst team in the league. I'll be playing a teaser this week as well, and the Bears were my first choice. GL.

*$3,500* Baltimore Ravens -3 over Denver Broncos (-120)

I like the Ravens here facing a border line must win situation. Both teams coming off the bye, but for a team like Denver who had been playing well, the 'Bye week' has the potential of disrupting their rhythm and letting the whole undefeated thing get to their heads. Conversely, for the Ravens the Bye week could not have come at a better time. They are coming off 3 straight losses (to very good teams) in the final minute of each game, and I the 'Bye week gives them the chance to work out their kinks on defense and challenge the running game of Denver early on, and force them to be 1-dimensional. This Denver offense is not explosive enough to expose a Baltimore defense that will be playing with a purpose this Sunday. On the other hand, Denver defensively will have their hands full against a Top 5 offense of Baltimore, who is scoring nearly 30 points a game and averaging nearly 400 yds of offense per contest. Baltimore will also be getting a starting O-lineman back from injury in this one to help out the cause. These things, coupled with the emotional edge Baltimore has here to avoid losing 4 straight, and I expect the Ravens pull this one off in front of their home crowd to get themselves back in the division race. Ravens are 9-2 ATS in their L11 as a favorite, and 39-16-1 ATS in their L56 as a Home favorite.

This will be my biggest play of the week. The teasers have been working so far this year, and I think we keep the money train rolling with this specific teaser.

Will try to be back before gametime for writeups. Also, every other wager will be played and posted about an hour before kickoff this week, pending weather conditions.
