Like you are the expert huh Terd? Has nothing to do with what age you are. Lebron couldnt come close to being the all around game changer Jordan was. MJ brought it every night even when he was sick with the flu. Now days there is a good chance Lebron may sit out for rest when he comes to town.

Please expand. They are very close
Not close. Lebron never won a championship for any of his teams. We can argue Wade was the guy in crunch time in Miami. Kyrie steps up in crunch time in Cleveland. Lebron misses a lot of free throws. Jordan had killer instinct, wothout him his teams would not win championships. Lebron not impressive.

I bet Lebron is only hitting like 65 percent from the line. 70 in a good year probably. Jordan and most star players are upper 80s.

Ehhhhh.....lebron took a team to the championship in Cleveland years ago with the biggest amount of slop.

Miami or cavs do not win a title without lebron.

What about paxson? Kerr?....they hit some pretty big shots for MJ no?

toss up.....they could win it again this year. Then what?

I knocked your one tooth out and then you came back with name calling nonsense because you took a Vitterd right hook.

Youre better off changing back to libertarian and battling with wrong way Willie. Now go back to your beta poly forum where you kneel for Trumps seed to spill on your acne scared face.

See ya! Mic drop!

You complain about people coming into your threads talking smack and you did the same thing to me hahahahahaha post some plays loser. It's a gambling site for Pete's sake. Youre not good at debate. Not sure why you talk about knocking people out lmaooo. Seriously, why you such a cuck?

I believe they are virtually equals....LBJ a notch better FG%, better Rbs, better As.

MJ 83% ft to LBJ 74%

And I happily stand by my belief that the core rosters of NBA 2017 far superior to NBA 1995....just as athletes in every major sport are more skilled, more physically evolved and blessed w far superior support structures than their counterparts a quarter century before....the notion of any major sport being "watered down" is absurd.

The crop of players in all major sports today begin their professional careers w anywhere from 12 -15 years experience playing competively and the coaching and analytics available is without compare

you obviously didn't read the context. today you can't grab or hold like in the 80s. when you have lock down defenders like leonard or bradley, they are in your grill with pure speed and footwork. the fundamentals of today's players far exceed defenders of the 80s. if you put an elite defender from today's game in a game with 80's rules allowing him to hand check and be more physical, he will have more tools than he ever had before and will be a far more formidable defender.

I agree w this post. Today's players far better coached and emerging from a substancially larger pool of competition at NCAA level, not to mention the many, many great Euro Immigrant players

O'Neal, Ewing, Olajuwan, Robinson, Mutombo...that's the 1995 all star centers.....2017 not touching that.

what was the shooting % from deep in the 80s?

From 1995 to present, it's been virtually identical.

From 1980 to about 1996, the 2 point % was higher than it is presently.

FT % was also higher in 1980 than present.

I was working for Brian Mac selling picks 5 years before you got here. SHUN. I started posting my plays recently again actually. I wrote something you might like... all anti-Republican party stuff. Even say something not nice about Daddy.

Selling picks? 99.9 percent of touts are boiler room scumbags who do nothing but lose. Congrats on the big job a decade ago. Hopefully you suckered in enough clients and fleeced them good. Honorable work.

where are you posting your picks?

When Jordan played you had so many star players in the league.....Major competition.

Now a days you have so many teams without a all star.....The NBA is in bad shape.

Just take a look at the 1992 NBA All Star Team.....Some great players on that list.

Eastern Conference
Michael Jordan (Chicago Bulls)
Isiah Thomas (Detroit Pistons)
Patrick Ewing (New York Knicks)
Scottie Pippen (Chicago Bulls)
Charles Barkley (Philadelphia 76ers)
Mark Price (Cleveland Cavaliers)
Brad Daugherty (Cleveland Cavaliers)
Joe Dumars (Detroit Pistons)
Reggie Lewis (Boston Celtics)
Dennis Rodman (Chicago Bulls)
Dominique Wilkins (Atlanta Hawks)
Larry Bird (Boston Celtics)

Western Conference
Magic Johnson (L.A. Lakers)
Clyde Drexler (Portland Trail Blazers)
David Robinson (San Antonio Spurs)
Karl Malone (Utah Jazz)
Chris Mullin (Golden State Warriors)
Tim Hardaway (Golden State Warriors)
Dan Majerle (Phoenix Suns)
Hakeem Olajuwon (Houston Rockets)
Dikembe Mutombo (Denver Nuggets)
John Stockton (Utah Jazz)
James Worthy (L.A. Lakers)
