JW- Good choices!

Dont even know if its still open, but a very good steakhouse that one would never think to go to is the steakhouse at ARIZONA CHARLIES EAST.

Excellent!

Yes, those Az Charlies top restaurants are darn good, with value.

N9NE is top notch. Love it. Love the fun atmosphere, instead of the stuffy aqua or olives.

Mentioned that earlier in the thread JW.

Again, I have heard anybody else mention that they like BAJA FRESH MEX.

Love that place.

As much as I bash Vegas, will be the first to admit the food is 10-1 over Tampa.

Rio Seafood Buffet is the best! Lobster, crab legs, you name it. Pricey, but worth it.

Vegas really may have the best restaurants in the world barring New York and Rome, Italy.

Horseshoe...nice call on Dona Maria Tamales! And N9Ne is Peter Morton.

Also love Benihana (Las Vegas Hilton), where they cook it right in front of you. It's like a dinner with a show.

Olive's is a little too pretentious for my taste...I like my meat and potatoes but spare me all the fancy sauces and vegetables...too frou frou for me if that's the right word.

Does anyone else find it amazing that we are discussing best fine restaurants and buffets in the same thread?

I highly recommend the CREPES at Paris, just outside the buffet.

Another good VALUE steak, is the T-bone at the Gold Rush Casino.
