Be honest, who was the player you thought was a 'can`t miss' and turned out to be a lemon?

Len Bias doesn't count, he was DOA, a corpse that never suited up..he would've been the bomb in the NBA!

I don't know maybe you were talking more about his NBA career? But at IU I think he had super unrealistic high expectations from some people, but I think he turned out to be as good as advertised.

Yeah, I was referring to the thought he would have a great NBA career. I watched him play many times in HS. He was awesome.

Harold Miner...not so much the next greatest thing but I used to love to watch him play...
I've actually seen ads with people looking for Harold Miner videos...and I would actually pay for a couple myself
BTW ...anyone know what he is doing?

Keith Lee (NBA)

I remember seeing him as a highly touted freshman at Memphis. He made it into the NBA, but I don't think he lasted long.

Lyold Daniels has to top this list for hoops- he was the second coming of Jordan and a playground legend before his knees went to sh*t. A few average 8-9 ppg in the NBA and he was done.

Add Ben McDonald to the list too - A college stud and a pro dud.
