OMT why am I being punished for defending myself. My play for the 2H -5 Notre Dame was never posted so how am I going to justify that play. Sorry about all that happened between Dsethi and myself and I take part responsibility for the argument. I have always been a person that defends himself and I felt I was being attacked in my thread by being called a lier betting monopoly money.

Dark Fader 2:

You were not put on Post Review because you were trying to defend yourself but because you went into Dsethi's thread and were over the top abusive. If someone comes into your thread and is attacking you then may I recommend that you click on the Report Post icon and let one of the moderators warn the person attacking you. That's what we are here for. Since you are relatively new here, perhaps you were unaware of the option. We don't want bashing and harassment in our Sports Forums so feel free to report it any time you or someone else is a victim and we will respond.

No problem OMT I was not aware of the icon option to report someone attacking my thread. I agree I did go overboard and very abusive and I apologize to Dsethi and the whole Forum for my actions towards Dsethi. So when will I get off Post Review for my uncalled behavior? I take my wagering serious and when he claimed I was wagering monopoly money I got upset and lost my cool. Thanks for the icon tip I will use it in the future

OMT I can 100% guarantee you that I will stay in my own thread and use the icon you pointed out to me to report anything in the future.

OK - also please use some descretion with your thread titles. Not everything can be a GOY or something like that. Handicap your games, and try to stay reasonable with the thread title.

For example: use Dark Fader's2 Best Bets for Fri Feb. 1st instead of GOY all the time and you will find you and your plays will not get any flack.

Humble is good - bragging is bad when it comes to posting plays.

I will remove you from Post Review.

Welcome to the RX. To answer your question, "across the street" refers to another site with gambling forums, usually Eye On Gambling (EOG).

betting question

If you place a bet on the second half of a basketball game and win, but the game goes into overtime, does the overtime score count? It happened to me today I had Florida State, who won the 2nd half 38-36 sending it to overtime. I felt I should have won at that point, but they got crushed in OT and I lost the bet. Is this right????? thanks

Welcome to the RX. To answer your question, when you place a bet on a second half in basketball and football, overtime score counts in the side and total of the second half play.

Hello OMT.

New guy here obviously. I've been checking this site out for awhile and just now decided to register. I find this site to be a great source of information and well thought opinions. Hope to add the same.

OTM, how do I get a site address to high-lite so you just click on it and it takes you to the site. - Dave

Dave:

Not completely clear on your question. If you are referring to one of our sponsors, just put your cursor on any one of the above books and click and it will open up a new window for that site. If that wasn't your question, can you be a little more specific?

OTM, sorry about the poor explanation. See my post near the end of "one more mccain hitpiece" in Politics and Worlds Events. I'm trying to high-lite the web site. - Dave

Dave:

I have edited your post. All I did was eliminate "http://" and the website automatically highlighted in red and was underlined. A couple of hints for the future. When posting a website, start with "www". Another is to Copy and Paste a website. To do this. place your cursor over the URL address and move across until it is highlighted, usually in blue. Then using your mouse, place the cursor over any part of the highlighted address and then right click your mouse. A menu will appear which will include "Copy". Using your mouse, left click on "Copy". Now in your post, wherever you wish to place the copied website, place your cursor and right click your mouse and another menu will appear which will include "Paste". Using your mouse, left click on "Paste" and you will now have completed a "Copy and Paste" means of posting a website. I hope this helps you in the future.

JIMINMADISON:

Welcome to the RX. In your post, I don't see an actual question so I will assume that you are wondering if you should send a copy of your debit card to the sportsbook or not. To answer that question, only you can decide if you are comfortable enough with what information you provide to any sportsbook. Personally, I have never used this method but perhaps others have. If you would like to get others opinions, may I recommend asking the same question in our Offshore Forum.
