Another dumb question. How do you interact with the interface? Does it come with a remote?

Can I program my universal remote (Logitech myHarmony) to control it?

Yes it comes with remote, HDMI cable, and power supply. Will need two AAA batteries for remote. Would include them but hard to ship stuff with batteries these days. I have a customer who did it with Logitech but haven't done it myself. He had a company come out and professionally install a media center and they did it.

Tampa local channels?
Florida is WSVN 7 FOX, NBC 6, CBS 4, FOX 51

So, I can get frontier INTERNET ONLY service for 100/100 for $75 a month and 150/150 for $85 a month. Compared to the $155 I pay for crap tv and 75/75 internet speed. The pricing for 100/100 and 150/150 a good rate?
I have 60MB package and is plenty. Going Ethernet or Wifi?

....and as a uneducated tech person, I assume that this is easily hooked up to tv and computer via router? Remotely controlled for tv?
Yes plug box in using a HDMI cable and plug Ethernet or setup wifi connection.

Ethernet for main room and wifi for bedroom! Also what are the chances that Tampa NBC 8, ABC 28, CBS 10 and FOX 13 get uploaded in the future? As the channels listed above are Miami area I believe.

Thanks for those demonstration videos! I'm seriously thinking of doing this.

What can I get for Las Vegas local channels?
At this time we don't have any Nevada local channels added. Texas, California, Arizona, Georgia, DC, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Ohio (only one CBS) Pennsylvania, Tennessee

You will have no issues with Ethernet. Wifi issues may only be because the router you are using will drop signal. Some routers are better than others and Netgear is the leading the pack when streaming. Linksys used to be good but not for streaming.
I can't say when they can be added. We have 30k customers and can't add every city on it but will be each state eventually. I tell customers to buy a 50 mile radius antenna that goes behind TV works well to get local channels. I can see in the future our boxes will have the capabilities to connect antenna to boxes but not there yet.

can your ISP block this streaming?
No on Savage box because you pick East or West Coast server to bypass them. And Savage does come with a premium VPN if needed.
Yes on the Beast box it can if trying to watch local sports team. You can download cyberghost free version to get local team but with any VPN...it does slow internet connection down.
