Given that everything is running on your servers, what assurance do we have that you will maintain reasonable uptime? What kind of uptime do you currently experience?
What happens if you (or whatever company you're working with) decides to close up shop someday? Would we be stuck with a $350 paperweight?

We partnered up with Streamsmart to design and handle the Savage box. There are times an add on will not work in Premium but there are 3-4 more you can use while it is down. We do not have control over the other add ons inside box. Only the premium section but when an add on has moved servers, we can update it and push to all the boxes instant without telling you to manually update like the Beast box is. In the Beast, we can only update our add ons instantly without you having to do anything.

We have been in business for 4 years and now partnered up with Streamsmart who is running our boxes. We have over 30k customers total with 4 older boxes in which we still support. You have to look at what you are getting for the value in return. Every sports package and PPV UFC adds up way over the $350 for however many years you decide to run the box. You get a 15 month warranty on the box so it's not going anywhere anytime soon.

Never a dumb question... there is no reason to DVR it because every show is uploaded 30 minutes after last aired Pacific time. There is a feature to download/dvr it in some add ons but I never played with it. You start crossing the illegal part when you download and will need a VPN to block ISP.
