I got my box Saturday...I had buffering issues. I run 5-7 devices so I upped my internet speed Mbps from 50-75. After this everything ,has been perfect. On tv shows ,I can't tell the difference between the box and direct tv... in the next day or so, I'll watch some games and see if I can tell a difference.....so far, this is legit. Thanks daigo...

What is your name on support group? You have not taken the correct actions to get support. The box is only as good as what your internet is and there is proof here and from customers in my support group to back this up. I made it clear in the beginning posts about routers not being able to stream content and to go Ethernet if you have issues with router or get a router I suggested. Do you know what speed you are running? What is the setup you have? You won't reach out to me and have been negative since the day I shipped it overnight. If you can't give me speed test results and what set up you are running, please return the box and I will refund your money as stated in the 30 day money back policy.

The 50MB speed is fast enough but I am not a fan of their phone/internet modem but do have customers running it. What kind of distance are we talking about from box to modem/router?

Everything that Diago has said is true. It's all in the speed of your internet and equipment that you have, You need to test your modem and router to see if you speed is dropping off after it is in your house. Also look where you equipment is placed.Increase your speed to a 100mpbs. I looked at the Ubee modem and do not know which model you have.

DDM354 Cable Modem

Overview

The DDM354 is a high-speed Cable Modem, a subscriber bridge device providing cable-based Internet access to the home. It provides 16 downstream channels and 4 upstream channels that can be bonded virtually, allowing operators to deliver significant speed increases to subscribers.

In my opinion if you have this model it would handle the faster internet speed if you go to 100mps.

All Charter Spectrum Internet Service subscribers, buy any of these DOCSIS 3.0 modems. If you subscribe to service over 60 Mbs, choose a modem with 8-channel download bonding to maximize your speed. They are the ARRIS/Motorola SBG6580, SB6141, SB6183 and SB6190.

Check your equipment to see if you internet is dropping off. Do a speed test with your laptop or desk top and see what it is. After that run a direct line from your pc to the Ethernet port on your router and do another speed test. Check the difference.

Got this off of their site.

For best results connect your laptop or computer to your homes router directly to the Ethernet connect not the wi-fi.

Do you have a laptop? can connect Ethernet to modem and test? You can test wifi as well by going to speedtest.net on any device but just because you have speed does not mean the router can handle streaming.

With ethernet cable I'm at 50mbps download and 6mbps upload

With wifi, I'm at the same download/upload speeds as above

I had the same issue. Slow speeds through wifi (10mbps), but my ethernet setup with a 50 mbps speedtest was definitely enough. Worked with Daigo through his FB group and realized my router was (way!) out of date. Intend to buy a Netgear Nighthawk soon, but in the meantime, leaving it connected to ethernet is working for me. If you can't run an ethernet directly to box, try a powerline ethernet adapter.
