Ronald, why dont you shut up with the political propaganda. This thread is for those who are despiratly trying to recoup our funds from neteller. Granted the passing of hr4111 has some to do with it, but neteller could not have handled this any worse then they are. Im starting to think it has more to do with neteller trying to prove a point with our $$ then it is the passage of the Anti-Gambling law.

Who are the non-gambling merchants? I asked Neteller and they told me they didn't have a list. That I would have to do a search online.

fwiw - this is the transcript of the conversation I just had with a neteller trying to get the efts cancelled. The best I got was a email to a secret department. lol. Almost zero chance of getting the efts cancelled.

The US Gov't just can't come in and confiscate funds in a foreign country! NETeller is just trying to make money with the money they have as we won't be dealing with them anymore. Since they are a publicly traded company, I find it hard to believe that they would stiff anyone! There would be major problems with shareholders and the AIM should they go that route!

They can only pull the finger on EFT's, if their processor allows them to send them to US Banks.

All the cancelations go through the IT department and they do seem to cancel in a day or two
