Granted the passing of hr4111 has some to do with it, but neteller could not have handled this any worse then they are. fwiw - this is the transcript of the conversation I just had with a neteller trying to get the efts cancelled. The best I got was a email to a secret department. lol. Almost zero chance of getting the efts cancelled.

The US Gov't just can't come in and confiscate funds in a foreign country! NETeller is just trying to make money with the money they have as we won't be dealing with them anymore. Since they are a publicly traded company, I find it hard to believe that they would stiff anyone! There would be major problems with shareholders and the AIM should they go that route!
