Bottom line is that Neteller will hold these funds hostage as they try to work out deals for the two founders, and also deal with any other criminal complaints/indictments. They know the business is OVER, and they are trying to get out alive without certain people going to jail.
This will drag out likely for years.

It is hit or miss.
There is no reason they can not cancel pending transfers so you can spend the money with non gambling merchants!
