My neteller withdrawal at intertops(Tuesday,Jan 23/07) very quick(within 24 hours) and my EFT withdrawal from Neteller to my bank account(Wed,Jan 24/07) very quick(within 24 hours).I am a non-USA Neteller account holder.

This supports my theory that Neteller is not paying U.S. customers because of legal compliance reasons.

U.S customers that had gambling transaction through Neteller (about 99% of them) will have no legal leg to stand on, because the courts consider the entire activity illegal in the first place, IMO. Filing a legal claim isn't an option either, unfortunately.

Now you are just making things up. There is no law against gambling in the United States.

The federal court in MO (One of the most religious and conservative disticts) ordered Bet On Sports to return client funds. The prosecutor from the DOJ requested it. Do you think the Prosecutor and Judge did not think the people with money at BOS were placing bets?

It was my opinion (IMO). Also. IMO, you're crazy if you don't think the government is going to take these new anti-gambling laws for a spin in the court system. There will be interpretations and applications, to be sure.

I dont know the case law, but if you look up the restraining order the court in the Eastern District of Misouri placed on BOS, you can read that part of the order was to return US player funds.

I don't believe anything Neteller tells me. Why can't they send a cashier's check drawn on their bank? Why can't they initiate wire transfers?

They have no reasons why they can not...

But not wanting to act illegally makes some sense.

Up until L&L were arrested, Neteller felt they operated legally.

A day or two after the DOJ disagreed and showed this by the arrest, Neteller voluntarily stopped transactions.

It is reasonable to assume in court Neteller's defense would be we did not act illegally and as soon as the DOJ made a statement contrary, we stopped as a show of good will....

Now if a court orders them to pay out, then...

I agree. It will take a court order before they feel they can legally transmit funds back to U.S. citizens.I believe Neteller is deliberately not paying U.S. customers until they feel they can legally do so. It is all about covering their own asses. I think we will get our funds but it could take a year or more.

I just called and spoke to a rep for awhile. They seem to not know what
is going on. At first she said that they can issue card than she puts me on hold and tells me "no". No more cards to USA people. I have more anxiety than i have had in years. I am so mad that i put funds in neteller from olympic and fivedimes on like the 16th. They got 8K of mine.

No, it's no longer an option. If you attempt to transfer money from your Neteller account to your card, you get a message stating that it was declined by the processor, and it shows up as declined on your account's front page.

Neteller isn't stiffing players. Non-US players are able to withdraw to debit card, and get paid by EFT, etc. So this issue is clearly not with Neteller, the issue is with the US banking system. I can't think of any stiff operation that chose to pay one group of citizens while stiffing another. I don't blame you guys. Your government and media has taught you to live in fear. I still can't get over how much fear 9/11 caused you guys. 3000 died. On a world scale of tragedy, that is incredibly minor.

Can you go to the Isle of Man and pick up your funds...and where is the Isle of Man?

at this point if u could pick up in person i will go in two weeks. I am so
frustrated right now. I doubt they would let u do this? I am gonna
call and ask though. When i tried to get some of my money from BOS before they closed in person the people at their offices in costa rica practically laughed at me. Even though i was shaking hands with all
these guidos that were working there from New jersey.
