I can confirm that peer-to-peer is still an option....I just talked t a rep...didn't even ask about peer-to-peer, but when discussing options she said that peer-to-peer to someone outside the country is the only option right now. I think the only reason that other person had a problem is the receiver deposited it all into a book right after receiving it. ...so the implication is that the money should be withdran from neteller and not placed in a book. It would be best if the receiever had a usd account too so as to avoid converting the money 2 ways before you get it...although mabye not because then they would need a bank account in usdto receive it in usd...but mabye imwrong... She also said 6-8 weeks for a check....but I wouldn't count on it.
Here is one of my concerns when it comes to the whole neteller problem. Eventually, Netellers attorney's or DOJ will state this $$ needs to stay in Escrow (Trust) as evidence untill the trial is over. They have the Legal rights to do this; If any of the Atty's make it evidence and the Judge agrees. It's evidence. Won't see this $$ until the Trial is over and all resulting Appeals are exhausted. Could take years.

Okay let's say you are correct in your assertion. Now what does everyone think the "data" will show? That most people sent money to offshore sites...with Pinnacle being the #1 in volume....and that most people lost their ass to Pinnacle....i.e. many more deposits than withdrawals. There is no indictment of neteller. There is no trial against neteller. There are and will be no orders against neteller.
Could the US attempt to indict Neteller? Sure they could, but this would mean indicting a UK banking operation. I'm not sure even George wants to chew on this.
As of right now, the criminal complaint is against two individuals who do not work at Neteller and there are no court orders stopping neteller from paying customers. Neteller probably can not find any bank to send EFTs or write checks, but there is no court order telling them not to do so.
If Neteller ever stops peer to peer transfers (I can see them not letting you peer to peer and then dump to a sportsbook) then Neteller is saying we are not paying!!! Peer to peer transfers are 100% legal as proven by paypal who follows US banking law.
