Guys, you need to listen more closely to the message that Pinnacle was sending. These books take your money when they win and they're now charging excessive fees when you win and want to collect.

Is Neteller still processing Non-USA withdrawal requests in any sort of timely manner? If so, what method?

Of 5 books that I attempted to make neteller withdrawals from in the past 5 days only intertops was still using them(Neteller).Betroyal told me that they would send me a check,Sports.com(formally SportingbetUSA.com) told me that they would send me a check,nine.com told me that they would send me an Instant-E check(still waiting),and at BetGrande I could not even log-in to my account,they sent me an email saying the following;

" We regret to inform you that Grande Sports is closing down post up accounts immediately, due to the problems with our payment processors. We are de-activating all post up accounts and reimbursing the account balances. We must advise that we will not be processing Money gram payouts until next week.

My neteller withdrawal at intertops(Tuesday,Jan 23/07) very quick(within 24 hours) and my EFT withdrawal from Neteller to my bank account(Wed,Jan 24/07) very quick(within 24 hours).I am a non-USA Neteller account holder.

...or ever? We agree on everything but the final result. You think we're just getting slowpayed; I think we're getting stiffed. They are both opinions at the moment, but I have a sixth sense for this shit, and alarms are going off telling me "STIFF!".

Now, where are the guys that want to give me 50 cents on the dollar on $20,854?

Let me know when you get your cheque reversed, and the money is back in your Neteller account ... I'm ready to buy your balance any time you want to sell it.

But I won't bother chasing you about it, because frankly, when push comes to shove, I think you'll back out and decide not to sell for 50 cents on the dollar, and I don't want to waste a lot of my time for nothing.

Their based on the Isle of Man ... they have a large call centre in Calgary but their head office isnt there.

They are also required be FSA law (UK banking law) to keep all client funds in a segregated accounts ... I know that doesnt help when youre waiting for money but my sources tell me it is a problem with cheque processors in the US ...

As many people have mentioned here their Atm's transactions are still working so if they were stealing the money why would they allow US clients to remove through ATM?

I just got a couple of reps on the phone this morning, and things look a lot clearer now. Based on my conversations with the reps this morning, it seems that Neteller is not sure if they can LEGALLY pay U.S. clients at this point, and this is likely to drag on until the legality of paying U.S. customers is cleared up. Saying that they can pay in one or two months is worthless. They don't know how long we'll have to wait because they aren't in control of the legal situation. Could be one day, one year or never.

Levi,

The best thing to do is try.

If one rep wont cancel, call back and talk to another.

All you can do is try.

No one can tell you for sure, but I would try all possible methodologies to remove your money.

The US government has made it clear that they believe funding sportsbooks is illegal.

It is likely US banks have stopped doing EFTs and neteller might be awaiting court permission.

No one has told anyone you can not send money to a friend. Of course neteller doesnt want you to send $50k and have it dumped in pinnacle 5 minutes later as then they are back to item 1 that they were told is illegal.

We can't go to Canada to pick up a check, nor the Isle of Man or the UK. The fact of the matter at this point, after talking with several reps this morning, is that Neteller is unsure if they can LEGALLY pay U.S. customers at this point, so that seems to be the entire problem at this point.

Take this anyway you want, but I personally think that once legal proceedings get going, Neteller will be hammered with suits and this thing could drag on for quite some time.

Calling CS right now. Hopefully I remember all those secret questions I filled out. I'll try the ATM thing, then the neteller transfer. Although my opinion doesn't mean much, I don't think they are trying to cheat us.

As well, the Rep told me they were "Waiting for the US Gov't to give them the ok to pay"

Ya like thats going to happen. I have been stiffed before and the writing is on the wall.

Step one: Make Excuses to Delay payment
Step Two: Make Multiple pay deadlines and let them expire
Step Three: Start the Blame Game "It's not our fault we cant pay you", all while not going to any extreame measures to fulfill the payment

Step Four: Stop taking Emails and Calls
Step Five: Off to Boliva (Person is officially Stiffed!)

We have already gone throught step 1-3 and partially step 4. We are only one step away!

Supposedly, it'll take 1-2 days to cancel the transaction.

They told my friend they would cancel her $700 eft in 3-4 weeks!!! If they cant process EFTs and they wont cancel them so you can spend the money, that's theft in my book.

The writing is beginning to be on the wall.

Maybe they are waiting for a judges order to return money like BOS got - that way they are not breaking the law. Remember they closed down volunteerily because they found out the US considered their transfers illegal.

Someone lawyer with federal court rights should go to the Southern District of NY and ask the judge to issue an order that Neteller may return US client funds. Then we'll know the full story depending on what the judge decides. If he says no, then neteller's hands are tied. If he oks the order, then they and banks have no excuse.
