If you deposited from Neteller to WSEX yesterday that money has already been transferred from your NT account to WSEX. .

No it hasnt ! Does Neteller automatically transfer money oot of your account to you ? Or does it wait for you to ask for it ?

Hi,
I currently do not have any money in my neteller account. I have my money at the books (5dimes, Olympic, CRIS). If I request a wdl, it sounds like it should be a check request or something other than Neteller? Right?

Is the US government more likely ot insist that Neteller freezes the accounts of a small number of books or Millions of voters.

The books are not located in the states. The U.S. government doesn't have power to order Neteller to freeze the book's accounts. Whatever Neteller does it is of their own will, as far as non-U.S. accounts go.

I don't get what the story is.

They're two "former" employees. What does that have to do with the company now?

The suspects in question are not with neteller.

Why does neteller keep coming up?

Maybe I'm being naive, but I highly doubt there will be any freeze of your neteller account. What is more likely to happen is you will no longer be able to transfer in and out of gambling establishments. Neteller can be used for lots of different things OTHER than gambling even though that could well be its' primary use. The specifics of the law are not written yet so not sure how a freeze would be put on. Dumping funds from neteller to a book is the last thing I want to do now. I hope I'm right!

They still own large shares of neteller. Neteller's board of directors is seaking suspension of trading in it's shares. That's pretty serious for something that has nothing to do with neteller. I hope you're right though.

Kind of like Gary Kaplan not having anything to do with BOS...he was the "former" owner.

I hope this doesn't affect Neteller in any way, but to ignore the possible trouble would be naive.

Let's remember they suspended trading in Neteller when the bill was signed into law...it had zero effect on the day to day operation of Neteller other than a couple of corporate announcements.

Tempoary suspension of shares is a common procedure when any news that *could be seen* to have a susbstantial effect on the stock price happens.

It doesn't neccesarily mean the company faces any action whatsoever.

Exactly. So if I deposit from NT to WSEX. It goes into their general WSEX Neteller account. Just like they have any other number of funds in their Neteller account. But WSEX isn't going to have earnarmed that a portion of its WSEX is attributable to certain players. Just doesn't work that way. IN other words I'm no more at risk for transferring NT to WSEX than anyone else is with a WSEX account that hasn't used Neteller. Get it?

They've pretty much said that they will stop gambling transactions at some point during the 270 day period following the signing of the bill. What is your point? You think that nothing has changed or is going to change? This is your wakeup call.

Because it is because of Neteller. It may be historic but it is because of Neteller.
If the simultaneous arrest of 2 ex Directors in seperate parts of the US does not convince you the Pinnacles withdrawal from the US market should.

Spin it any way you'd like, fellows. It's a HUGE red flag anyway you look at it. Besides, Neteller has already said they will probably stop doing gambling transactions at some point in the 270 day period. I don't want to have money with them when they do this.
