AK apologizes when he takes things over the line? He called us all "retards" for merely disagreeing with him in the Sterling thread. The only thing the majority of the posters were stating is that Sterling does have legal recourse if he chooses to fight it. We weren't even necessarily saying he would. I even stated the comments were racist. The argument was simply over AK acting like it was impossible for Sterling to challenge the sale in any way. And for that, we got called retards. Of course, he was wrong so what exactly does that make him? After being proven wrong, he certainly hasn't apologized for calling me a retard. Hell, he's too chicken to even acknowledge the thread.

First of all, the team was sold by June 4th. It's actually still sold right now pending litigation.
But you are revising history, my argument was about him fighting the NBA because the NBA Constitution lays it out clearly that he has no legal recourse.
What he is doing now is challenging his wife based on their family trust which had nothing to do with my arguments.
If the judge rules that Shelley can sell the team, it will be a done deal and almost everything I said was correct except pushed out 2 months because of this issue.
If the judge rules against Shelley and Donald fights the NBA, I will admit I was wrong. But there was nothing in my argument about him challenging his own wife and their family trust which we had no ability to see.
He had admitted he was wrong many times in the Poly Forum. He's even made a pretty good statement about being wrong about Sterling in the Poly forum. Why he hasn't made it in the Sterling thread down here is beyond me? We've ALL been wrong multiple times about Sterling, and will be again, as he's unstable and keeps changing his mind.

Shelley Sterling sold the team to Steve Ballmer. Under their contract Steve Ballmer is the rightful owner of the Clippers pending approval by the NBA owners. Donald Sterling is fighting his wife saying that she cannot sell the team. Sold can be used in different contexts. Something you guys haven't been able to grasp.
