Bullets, What would you expect the PPS to be after permit acceptance?

Do you think now would be a good time to pick up some more shares at .0022?

i had the same idea myself....could be a quick 20% move in a couple days....although its a penny stock and could also dilute to oblivion for minus 20%....

depends on how the market opens on tuesday....i would sell some other stuff to fund the purchase and i wanna sell on an uptick

I really don't know. All I'm hearing about is how the shares price is going to drop on Tuesday. I would think anything from .0018 to .0025 is a good buy.

Still waiting on news on 2 Mass. projects and the Power Purchase Agreement so if other Mass news comes out tomorrow, we may fly.

I've added 500k at .0024 two weeks ago and another 500k at .0025 last week.

Looking promising...

Yes, but I wonder how much dilution its going to take to get the application approved? I don't know but its my own concern.

The next 8 months going through the application will tell EVERY THING about this pink sheet company. If they are full of shit or a serious biomass company, we will know.

Word on the street is that news will be out by mid Febuary on other projects.

In the long run, (2 to 3 years) I like what I am seeing.

MBB addressed the dilution on the IHUB board. Here was his response.

Messages like this don't serve any purpose other than to panic weak hands into selling.

We issued a small number of shares last week. I doubt those shares have anything to do with any price decline b/c they were restricted, so under Rule 144 the buyer has to hold them at least 6 months.

When we issue shares it is for a good reason. We needed some capital for new project development. Our deal with Homeland is just starting to bear fruit, so since we anticipate receiving capital from them going forward for development expenses and working capital, I expect we will be able to hold off on any further issuances for a while. We basically needed to bridge the gap between when we made that deal and when the funds started flowing and I think we have accomplished that.

I'll try to communicate a bit more in the future on this issue, so shareholders will have an understanding as to the purpose and necessity if we need to issue addditional shares to raise capital.

Update

Dear Laidlaw Energy Shareholders and Friends:

I am writing today to provide you with an update on several matters that I believe are of interest to our shareholders.

Massachusetts Projects

Both of the projects we are currently pursuing in Mass are progressing well. We have been negotiating the asset purchase agreement for one of the projects for quite some time and we just provided the seller what we hope will be close to the final draft. So, while timing is always a bit challenging to estimate, we hope to execute this agreement in the near future. We are very excited about this project, because it is already qualified as a renewable generator and we believe it already possesses certain permits (subject to confirmation), so it is potentially a very fast-track project for us.

The other project in Massachusetts that we have been pursuing is also moving along well. For this project, the plan is to lease the existing power house while we further develop the project and then the lease would convert to a purchase once we have secured all approvals to operate as a biomass plant. We are currently negotiating this document. This is an operating power house that currently serves the thermal energy needs of a significant manufacturer. We are currently negotiating a 20 year energy services agreement with this company to serve its thermal energy needs from the proposed biomass plant. This project seems to be gathering a lot of support from local and state political sources and could really be a template for future projects. Indeed, the current owner of the power house has proposed a similar arrangement at another location that we are currently exploring.

Berlin Project

The New Hampshire Site Evaluation Committee has accepted our permit application as complete. See http://www.nhsec.nh.gov/2009-02/documents/100126application_order.pdfThe 8 month clock to a decision commences as of the date of the acceptance. We expect to have a public meeting on the application in approximately 30 days.

Joint Venture

We have started to receive funds from the HLE joint venture to cover overhead and development costs, so we expect this will be a significant positive factor going forward in terms of reducing LLEG's capital needs. There is a note due to us at the end of February in connection with the JV that is expected to yield significant additional working capital and is anticipated to allow us to be profitable for fiscal 2010.

Ellicottville, NY Project

Last month we met with the Town Board representing the Town of Ellicottville. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the potential resolution of the dispute concerning our existing power plant located there and our plan to convert it to biomass fuel. While the meeting was cordial and productive in terms of fostering increased understanding between the parties as to their views and concerns, our offer of settlement was not accepted. We continue to pursue this project and hope a amicable resolution can be achieved. Since we are left with no other alternative, the state and Federal litigation will continue to move forward in the interim.

Corporate Governance

We are exploring numerous additional options to increase the transparency of the Company to stakeholders. While we continue to explore the possibility of listing our securities to trade on the OTCBB or another venue, it is my hope that we will voluntarily commence disclosure of additional company information this fiscal year so stakeholders will have much the same information irrespective of whether we choose to go forward with a new listing or not.I hope this information proves helpful to our stakeholders in terms of fostering an increased understanding of our business and current activities.

Very truly yours,

Anyone have any thoughts on MEXP? A friend of mine has bought over 150,000 shares over the past three weeks. Its in the 2 cent range. His money but I can't find why the strong interest and he doesn't seem to want to justify the purchases.

Any help appreciated.

Maybe he's about to pump and dump and doesn't want you to get burned? I'd hope not, but just a guess... considering he is a friend and being secretive about it.

MEXP - (this is not about LLEG)

I would tell him to sell all his shares and I'd recommend that you stay away from that dilluting pig [MEXP].

This year they've already added another 23.4M shares to their O/S and I dont see any reason for it. This is typical of the company it appears, always dilluting.

Not to mention they have a $3.4M shareholder DEFICIT. Do your friend a favor and tell him to invest his money somewhere else.

There is a button that starts new threads so you don't have to put this stuff in a thread that has nothing to do with MEXP.

Just a thought.

hmmm, so what is the average projection? $0.10/share? $0.05/share?

I'm in it long term, just trying to feel out where I may be in 4 years with this stock.

Well, you "may" be at zero with the rest of us holding this stock.

.10 a share is a 50 bagger from these levels. I think most invested would be quite satisfied with that, but there are too many unknowns in my opinion to speculate where this stock will end up. Things are certainly looking favorable at the moment. This is a tired, worn out saying, but don't put in more than you can afford to lose in stocks like this.

If/when the Berlin project gets approved, Laidlaw could trade around .05 on that alone. Keep in mind they have other projects in the works and one of them should produce revenue faster than Berlin.

Don't like where the pps is but that can change fast.
