I agree but I think from LLEG's stand point, it was something that had to be done. We got one more month for the SEC's decisions. I'm holding until them.

BTW, if you took the time to read this thread, you will see I've been here since one of the first pages providing information on a REAL company and I am cost averaged at about .0008. News will come soon. Word from very reliable sources in Concord is that this is getting SEC approval, with little opposition (this is from someone who was at today's deliberations, not just random musings). I think we can expect that there will be a condition that the project receive a PPA from PSNH (approved by the PUC) prior to construction, but we have long assumed that and the PUC is going to commence that process in the next few weeks.
