Never looked deeply into this stock or this thread.
But if I had money in this stock I would probably welcome the SEC investigation with open arms.
Yes, I would be fearful of what they may find out, but at the same time I would get to find out if all these billion dollar contracts they keep talking about, and all these approvals and grants, and yadadadadada that they have been spewing for years is really even true.
Once the SEC gets done with the research this stock is either going to take off like you guys have never seen, or its going to get wiped off the map into extinction.
One way or the other, you guys thats been stressing over this stock for years is finally going to have a resolution once and for all.
Personally I think the news is going to be bad for you guys. Where theres smoke there is normally fire. But at least this thing is about to be settled.

You too? I close to doubled up a little over a week ago. Granted, I don't havve 20M shares like some, but still, damn! Let's hope this is a misunderstanding. Hell, I actually had 2 of the 17 listed by the SEC this week. I'm in on CLYW as well. I thought it was the rreal deal if they got by the lawsuit with T-Mobile this month. Hmm...

I phoned them and then emailed . I had a call and email back in less then an hour. He stated that lleg new Nothing ABOUT this they were blind sided. They wanted to go lawyers ablazing to the sec but were working with there lawyers on this. As of yesterday they still didnt have ANY facts from the SEC on what they were investagating. I mentioned how on this board a few weeks ago people were talking about them paying a person 4,500 or something like that to talk this company up. He said no that wasnt there style. This comapany has real potenial and didnt need to do that. He also stated that another invsestor had talked to him and mentioned the same thing on the day before. ACCORDING TO HIM THEY DIDNT DO THAT. He stated Mike is chommping at the bit to release something but until they know what they are fighting and what they are looking for he was going to wait. He stated as soon as lleg could they would put out a press release. I talked about the grey sheets and he said they were going to try to do everything to get them off there as soon as possible. Honestly he really did sound like they were blind sided and that he said they were putting all there time before now to do all the work to get the deals approved. I dont know if any thing wrong is going on but I do know investors relations emailed me then called me in less then an hour. I have had questions about this company and a few times have stated them in the past. I also told him i would let people know what was said, and he said fine so here it is.Take it for what its worth but REALLY if this is a sham would they contact me,my family and close friends have around 20 million shares and that is why i contacted him. I also told him i was worried about grey sheets as it was a kiss of death normally, so hurry and fix this and to remember in the real world if someone is arrested for something like murder then charges are dropped and they were innocent no one ever remembers aything but the arrest and that is the same case here. If lleg is found to be following the law no one will ever remember that just that they were one of the 17 suspened on the same day and that they would have a hard time over comming that.

Lets hope long term this works out. I feel bad for all the people who own shares in this company because of my recomendation. I friends and family with shares ranging from 5million down to a few hundred thousand. It sucks.
When Laidlaw is able to trade again, I will have money ready incase there is an opportunity.

I realize you are upset about the situation with the stock. I'm upset too. I have many years of work and the majority of my net worth tied up in this company, as do my colleagues.
Please try not to jump to conclusions. Let our lawyers do their job and work this out with the SEC and once they are finished we can get something out to the public so people understand what is going on.
As I said in the "tweet" I released the other night, we stand behind everything we have published. We have not lied or taken anything from anyone.
I wish we were given the opportunity to answer questions before this happened, but we weren't and I can't change that now. We can only move forward.

As far as the blog, the blog seems to have caused questions by the SEC. For example, the SEC seems to be of the impression that the cartoon of me from the Berlin Daily Sun crossing the "SEC" finish line pertained to the US SEC rather than the New Hampshire Site Evaluation Committee. We are taking the blog down for the time being and scrubbing it and our web site to make sure it addresses any concerns.
Hang in there. Our company isn't going anywhere and we will get through this.
