When you bet 2nd halfs you have to look at what the new game line is going to be. The new line on this game is NC State -6. The best play would be taking Rutgers at +6 for the game. This system works better when the scores are closer at the half. Always take the favorite if down by double digits at the half to comeback and make it a close game.
