All mugs. All had a fantastic shot to win, all were pussies in the vital moments. Except for the utter mug Melzer who actually fought back from a set down.

I Karlovic o J Blake @ 2.64 @ Pinnacle (1 unit)

Blake has played alot recently, and been in decent form. Ivo will not give him any rhythm, and if it gets tight Blake is enough of a headcase to fold. Worth a shot.

T Haas o A Roddick @ 2.71 @ Pinnacle (1 unit)

Have not won a bet involving a Roddick match this year. I'm being a stubborn **** again. Haas has had 3 matches to get used to the condition, leads Roddick in the H2H and has the all-court game to cause problems. The worry is his head. This will be Roddick's first match on clay this year. Could be rusty.

Tempted by Berdych, Monaco, and Querrey...

Not really much luck this week, majority of picks are going the distance but just not being able to clinch the win. Been a big faves tourney so far.

Look at this crazy stat. Bet on 7 Querrey matches now, lost all of them. Bet on 11 Roddick matches, lost 9, and 2 were voided. Nearly always close, too!

Have really got to stay away from those two.

T Robredo o A Murray @ 4.13 @ Pinnacle (1 unit)

I hate this **** Robredo. Not been playing too well either, but Muzza looked like garbage against Bolelli. His movement/game on clay just looked pathetic.

I Ljubicic o G Simon @ 2.08 @ Pinnacle (1 unit)

Tommy Haas was dominating Roddick. I dont know how Roddick got the W, because I was watching it and it looked like he was conceding so many points, and Tommy saved every break point until the 3rd set. I really dont know how Roddick won, because he looked terrible.

Yep jrw, Roddick looked horrendous but to his credit he fights and tries to adapt. He's a big fighter/grinder, whereas Haas is an incredible headcase choker. Always the potential he'd fuck it up. A shame really, because he was playing some magnificent tennis in that match.

T Robredo o A Murray @ 4.13 @ Pinnacle (1 unit) L -1
I Ljubicic o G Simon @ 2.08 @ Pinnacle (1 unit) W +1.08
S Wawrinka o JM Del Potro @ 2.77 @ Pinnacle (1 unit) L -1

1-2 (-0.92)

Robredo was just crap, typical of him really. He's the ultimate flat track bully, beats the average players but always folds against the top guys.

Wawrinka choked the 3rd set. But Ljubicic was lucky to win too.

Robredo looked totally flat after he couldn't capitalize on the two break points to force a tiebreak. It's almost like he just totally gave in the 2nd set, very disappointing. I had him on the handicap.

Rhinooooooo - Who do you think has the best shot to upset Nadal on clay? I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on Djokovic at +1400 to win the Mutua Masters. He's looked great and actually had quite a few chances in their last match.

Yep, Tommy really isn't in the best of form, I just hoped he'd up his game a bit against Muzza but he was awful. He had a lucky escape in beating Mardy.

I'd be hesitant on Novak because he's played ALOT lately and in his most recent interview mentioned he's feeling some physical and mental fatigue. Rafa doesn't seem to be too happy in this tourney either, complaining about everything he can, and most players have been annoyed by the shitty surface. I was actually contemplating taking a shot on Nando to win today, but I don't have the balls anymore to fade Rafa on clay. I still think he'll win it all because the competition isn't good enough or mentally strong enough to beat him.

Just hearing these two fuckers complain about everything in the tournament and tennis at the moment makes me want to fade them.

F Verdasco o R Nadal @ 13.5 @ Betfair (0.5 unit)
I Ljubicic o N Djokovic @ 10 @ Betfair (0.5 unit)

Novak is complaining of physical and mental fatigue. Made the finals of Rome, travelled to Belgrade, won the title there, and has now made the quarters here.

As for Rafa - will need a miracle. But he's just been bitching about everything, court conditions, higher altitude, the colour of the court, the rankings system. Nando looked good yesterday, and is in his home tournament.
