Game of the Day: Wednesday's NBA Playoff matchups by covers

Chicago Bulls at Cleveland Cavaliers (-6, 194)
Bulls lead series 1-0

The Chicago Bulls pilfered homecourt advantage away from second-seeded Cleveland and look to take a 2-0 series lead when they visit the Cavaliers on Wednesday. Chicago posted a 99-92 victory in the opening game of the Eastern Conference semifinals by outplaying shorthanded Cleveland, which was missing injured forward Kevin Love (shoulder) and suspended guard J.R. Smith.

Smith will also sit out Game 2 while Love is gone for the postseason and the adjustments made by Cavaliers coach David Blatt didn’t work as third-seeded Chicago controlled the opener. “We were just a little bit off in a lot of things, a lot of little things that were important,” Blatt told reporters. “We’ve got to turn it around and make up for that a little bit because that’s the way for us to beat this team.” The Bulls didn’t show any fear of Cleveland while delivering an impressive opening salvo. “We must have confidence going into a series against anyone, no matter who the opponent is,” Chicago power forward Pau Gasol told reporters. “I think we came in with the right mindset and attitude, not really easing into the series but really going after it.”

TV: 7 p.m. ET, TNT

LINE HISTORY: Oddsmakers opened the Cavs as 6-point faves and the total at 194.

INJURY REPORT: Bulls - G Derrick Rose (Probable, shoulder). Cavs - G J.R. Smith (Out, suspended), F Kevin Love (Out for season, shoulder).

ABOUT THE BULLS: Shooting guard Jimmy Butler had 20 points, six assists, five rebounds and three steals in the opener and also fared well while guarding James. “I feel like we’re both two NBA players,” Butler told reporters. “His name might be more well-known than mine but I’m just here to compete. I’m here to play. Everybody knows that LeBron is a hell of a player, I’m not knocking that, but I think I’m a decent player. I think I can hang with the best of them.” Point guard Derrick Rose also excelled with 25 points in the opener.

ABOUT THE CAVALIERS:
James had 19 points, 15 rebounds, nine assists and three steals in the opener but his 9-of-22 shooting and subpar defensive effort stood out more than the numbers. “I have to be better, I wasn’t that good,” James said. “I have to be much better.” Point guard Kyrie Irving was solid with 30 points – matching his career playoff high – and shooting guard Iman Shumpert surprised by posting a career playoff-best 22 points and making four 3-pointers.

TRENDS:

* Under is 4-0 in the last four meetings in Cleveland.
* Bulls are 8-2 ATS in the last 10 meetings in Cleveland.
* Under is 4-0 in Bulls last four overall.
* Under is 4-0 in Cavaliers last four overall.
COVERS CONSENSUS: According to Covers Consensus, 60 percent of bettors are backing the Bulls.

Los Angeles Clippers at Houston Rockets (-7, 213)
Clippers lead series 1-0

The Los Angeles Clippers won the opening game of the Western Conference semifinals without Chris Paul and may again be without the standout point guard when they visit the Houston Rockets on Wednesday. Paul suffered a hamstring injury in Game 7 of the first-round series against San Antonio and his status for Game 2 will be decided in the hours leading up to game time.

Austin Rivers started in place of Paul and had 17 points in 28 minutes as Los Angeles registered a 117-101 win in the opener. Rockets star James Harden finished second in the MVP voting to Golden State’s Stephen Curry but his quiet 20-point performance was made worse by nine turnovers. Houston allowed 71 second-half points and committed 24 miscues and coach Kevin McHale was highly disturbed with the latter. “These are professional athletes and some of the turnovers we have were seventh and eighth grade,” McHale told reporters. “We just jumped in the air and with no one to throw it to, so we threw it in the air. We got to be better, that’s the bottom line.”

TV: 9:30 p.m. ET, TNT

LINE HISTORY: Oddsmakers opened the Rockets as 6.5-point favorites and the total at 213.

INJURY REPORT: Clippers - G Chris Paul (Questionable, hamstring).

ABOUT THE CLIPPERS: Power forward Blake Griffin is playing spectacular and had 26 points, 14 rebounds and 13 assists in the opener for his third triple-double of the postseason. “We’ve always had a lot of trust in Blake,” backup guard Jamal Crawford told reporters. “If we could draw anything from C.P. going down, it was that Blake had grown as a playmaker and a guy that we could obviously play through. He knows when to score, he knows when to set his teammates up and that’s why he’s one of the best players in the league.”

ABOUT THE ROCKETS: Harden had 12 assists but his off-night as a scorer to go along with the ball-handling miscues sabotaged Houston’s chances of winning the opener. “I’m the catalyst, especially on the offensive end, and I’ve got to do a better job,” Harden told reporters. “Nine turnovers against this team is not to going to cut it. I think they had maybe (34) points off our turnovers – that’s giving them easy points.” Center Dwight Howard, who had 22 points, 10 rebounds and five blocked shots, said the Rockets didn’t have their usual level of energy.

TRENDS:

* Clippers are 7-2 ATS in the last nine meetings.
* Under is 4-1 in the last five meetings.
* Rockets are 24-6 ATS in their last 30 games following a ATS loss.
* Over is 4-1 in Clippers last five vs. Western Conference.

COVERS CONSENSUS: According to Covers Consensus, 61 percent of bettors are backing the Clippers.

Game of the Day: Friday's NBA Playoff action by covers

Cleveland Cavaliers at Chicago Bulls (-2, 196)
Series tied 1-1

The Cleveland Cavaliers experienced a sharp turnaround while tying the series and look to take a 2-1 edge when they visit the Chicago Bulls in Friday’s Game 3 of the Eastern Conference semifinals. Cleveland also gets shooting guard J.R. Smith back from a two-game suspension for hitting Boston’s Jae Crowder in the opening round.

The Cavaliers controlled Game 2 after succumbing in the opener as LeBron James rebounded from a subpar performance to record 33 points and eight rebounds in a 106-91 victory. “There wasn’t one possession where he wasn’t dominant,” point guard Kyrie Irving told reporters. “When he has that mindset, he’s the greatest player playing our game right now.” Chicago trailed by 20 points after the opening quarter in Game 2 and was never really in the contest as guards Jimmy Butler (5-of-14) -- named the league's Most Improved Player on Thursday -- and Derrick Rose (6-of-20) both had poor shooting efforts. Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau said the defense and rebounding will need to be better in Game 3 in addition to the shooting.

TV: 8 p.m. ET, ESPN

LINE HISTORY:
The line opened at CHI -2 with a total of 196.

INJURY REPORT: Cavaliers - G Iman Shupert (Ques-Groin), G J.R. Smith (Elig-Suspension) Bulls - N/A

ABOUT THE CAVALIERS:
Smith returns just as the status of guard Iman Shumpert becomes uncertain after he suffered a groin injury in Game 2. Shumpert is averaging 18.5 points and made eight 3-pointers in the first two games of the series and insisted afterward that he would play but coach David Blatt told reporters the determination will be made on game day. “Time for one of those miracle 48-hour recoveries, that’s what we’re hoping for,” Blatt told reporters. “He’s obviously a very, very important player for us.”

ABOUT THE BULLS:
Rose is shooting 37 percent in the series but more disturbing is that he hasn’t shot a single three throw over the past three games. “I can’t think about that,” Rose told reporters. “I don’t even want to talk about that. But I’m playing and if they’re not calling it, they’re just not calling it.” Power forward Pau Gasol will be seeking a bounce-back game after having just 11 points and four rebounds in Game 2 after producing 21 points, 10 rebounds and four blocked shots in Game 1.

TRENDS:

*Cavaliers are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 road games vs. a team with a winning home record.
*Bulls are 2-8 ATS in their last 10 home games following a road trip of 7 or more days.
*Under is 5-1 in Cavaliers last 6 games following a ATS win.
*Under is 6-1 in Bulls last 7 games following a S.U. loss.

COVERS CONSENSUS: 52 percent of Covers users are backing CLE +2 with 57 percent on the over.

Houston Rockets at Los Angeles Clippers (-4.5, 217)
Series tied 1-1

It appears Los Angeles point guard Chris Paul will again be on the sidelines when the Clippers host the Houston Rockets in Friday’s Game 3 of the Western Conference semifinals. Paul missed the first two games of the series due to a hamstring injury he suffered the Game 7 of the first-round series against the San Antonio Spurs.

Houston tied the series at one game apiece with Wednesday’s 115-109 victory as it set franchise playoff records for free throws made (42) and attempted (64) and received 32 points from star guard James Harden. “I knew my team was battling extremely hard and, basically, it was up to me to go out there and push us forward,” Harden told reporters. The Clippers continue to get big outings from power forward Blake Griffin, who had 34 points and 15 rebounds in Game 2 for his ninth straight double-double of the postseason. “It definitely feels like we let one get away,” Griffin told reporters. “We came here to win two but we’ve got to protect home court now. We can’t hang our heads.”

TV: 10:30 p.m. ET, ESPN

LINE HISTORY: The opening line had LAC -4.5 with a total of 217.

INJURY REPORT: Rockets - G K.J. McDaniels (Out-Wrist) Clippers - G Chris Paul (Ques-Hamstring)

ABOUT THE ROCKETS:
Center Dwight Howard has played like the dominant star he once was in the first two games and contributed 24 points, 16 rebounds and four blocks in Game 2. His knee injury is now behind him and he is averaging 23 points, 13 rebounds and 4.5 blocks while making 17-of-24 field-goal attempts. “At this point, it’s win or go home,” Howard told reporters. “You have to continue to play hard and you get through whatever. It is going to be tough out there every night. Every possession counts.”

ABOUT THE CLIPPERS:
Coach Doc Rivers expects Paul to return at some point in the series but it doesn’t seem like Friday is even remotely possible since Paul has yet to resume running. “It’s really tough, especially with the way that I play, there’s only way I know how to play,” Paul told reporters. “It’s one of those things where you don’t want to make it worse than it already is.” Austin Rivers has started at the point in Paul’s absence and is averaging 13.5 points and 2.5 assists in the series.

TRENDS:

*Rockets are 2-8 ATS in the last 10 meetings.
*Clippers are 1-8 ATS in their last 9 home games.
*Over is 10-2 in Rockets last 12 vs. Western Conference.
*Over is 4-0 in Clippers last 4 games following a ATS win.

COVERS CONSENSUS: LAC -4.5 is receiving 52 percent of Covers users backing with 63 percent on the under.

Game of the day: Saturday's NBA Playoff action by covers

Atlanta Hawks at Washington Wizards (+3, 199)
Series tied 1-1

John Wall will likely be on the sidelines for a second consecutive contest when the Washington Wizards host the Atlanta Hawks in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference semifinals on Saturday. The star point guard has been diagnosed with five non-displaced fractures in his left hand and wrist and Washington has yet to announce his status for the rest of the series.

Wall’s injury is a big blow to the Wizards, who solidly defeated the Hawks in Game 1 before Atlanta recovered to win the second game with Wall sitting out. “By no means do we feel like this series is over or our goals change,” veteran forward Paul Pierce told reporters. “We will continue to go out there and reach for our goals.” The Hawks played much better in Game 2 after a lackluster opening performance and look to take control of the series. “We’ve been doing it all year,” center Al Horford told reporters. “I know it’s the playoffs and the intensity goes up. There are a lot of things that go into it, but it’s gotten us this far, so we have to stay confident.”

TV: 5 p.m. ET, ESPN

LINE HISTORY: Most shops opened the Wiz as 2-point favorites, but that line has since hopped the fence all the way to +3 as of this writing.

INJURY REPORT: Hawks - N/A Wizards - G John Wall (Doub-Wrist)

ABOUT THE HAWKS: Atlanta would like to see shooting guard Kyle Korver (9-of-26 in the series) regain his stroke and point guard Jeff Teague (7-of-26) is also struggling. One player thriving is small forward DeMarre Carroll, who is averaging 23 points in the series and has compiled six consecutive 20-point efforts, the longest by a Hawks’ player since Dominique Wilkins rattled off 12 straight in 1988. Power forward Paul Millsap has posted back-to-back double-doubles and has four in the postseason.

ABOUT THE WIZARDS:
Journeyman Ramon Sessions started in place of Wall and had a solid effort with 21 points in Game 2. He will continue to play a big role in the series moving forward with Wall’s status in doubt while Pierce is troubled by the timing of the injury. “It is definitely difficult for the team but I am sure it is even more devastating for John,” Pierce told reporters. “I’m more hurt for him than anything because I know how badly he wants to be out there.”

TRENDS:

*Hawks are 5-1-1 ATS in the last 7 meetings.
*Wizards are 7-1-1 ATS in their last 9 games overall.
*Over is 5-1 in the last 6 meetings.
*Over is 10-2 in Wizards last 12 home games.

Golden State Warriors at Memphis Grizzlies (+4.5, 196.5)

Series tied 1-1

The return of Mike Conley sparked Memphis in Game 2 and the Grizzlies look to take a 2-1 lead in the Western Conference semifinals when they meet the visiting Golden Warriors on Saturday. Conley scored 22 points eight days after having facial surgery to lead Memphis to a 97-90 victory on Tuesday.

The Grizzlies have homecourt advantage after splitting the two games on Golden State’s floor, and thoroughly rattled the Warriors in Game 2 while forcing 20 turnovers. “We were too quick with our intention to score,” Golden State coach Steve Kerr told reporters. “Instead of just moving the ball and setting good screens, everyone was trying to do everything frantically on their own.” Memphis standout defender Tony Allen is causing problems for Golden State and insists the Grizzlies haven’t tweaked their philosophy. “We play a certain style no matter who we play,” Allen told reporters. “It’s just a game of basketball. You’ve got to get back in transition and with a team like (the Warriors), you’ve got to defend the perimeter.”

LINE HISTORY: Books initially opened the Grizz +4 but that's been bet to its current price of +4.5.

INJURY REPORT: Warriors - C Ognjen Kuzmic (Ques-Ankle) Grizzlies - N/A

ABOUT THE WARRIORS: The Golden State backcourt of Stephen Curry (20.5 average in the series) and Klay Thompson (15.5) have yet to hit their stride and the Warriors were 6-of-26 from 3-point range in Game 2. Curry was a subpar 7-of-19 shooting in the contest while Thompson was reduced to non-contributor status by Allen, ducked the media afterward and then bristled the following day when a reporter suggested Allen was in his head. “They know what I think now? That’s all I gotta say,” Thompson responded. “In my head? Come on, man.”

ABOUT THE GRIZZLIES:
Conley wore a mask to protect the broken bones in his face and was 8-of-12 shooting in 27 stellar minutes. “I’m just happy that he’s able to play,” center Marc Gasol told reporters. “I’m happy that Mike is not only able to push through it but help his team win. He gives us poise, he gives us toughness.” Conley said his vision was fine out of the swollen left eye for most of the game, but his lack of activity did cause cramping issues in the final minutes.

TRENDS:

*Road team is 11-5 ATS in the last 16 meetings.
*Grizzlies are 4-0-1 ATS in their last 5 home games.
*Under is 6-1 in Warriors last 7 Conference Semifinals games.
*Under is 24-4 in Grizzlies last 28 home games.

Game of the day: Sunday's NBA Playoff action by covers

Cleveland Cavaliers at Chicago Bulls (+1.5, 194.5)
Bulls lead series 2-1

The Derrick Rose that makes clutch shots has returned and now the Chicago Bulls are in position to open up a 3-1 lead when they host the Cleveland Cavaliers in Sunday’s Eastern Conference semifinal matchup. Rose banked in the decisive 3-pointer at the buzzer in Game 3 to give Chicago a dramatic 99-96 victory and the emotional edge in the series.

Rose has been up-and-down performer in this series but Friday’s 30-point effort included the big-time play he used to make prior to his injury woes. “I don’t want to sound cocky,” Rose told reporters. “But that’s a shot you want to take if you are a player in my position. … And no, I did not call glass.” Cleveland forward LeBron James insisted his team will bounce back and not let the adversity alter the approach for Game 4. “I already know how we’re going to respond, the same way we did in Game 2,” James told reporters in reference to the Cavaliers’ lone win in the series. “Whether or not that results in a win, we don’t know but I don’t have any doubt of how we will play on Sunday. We’re going to give ourselves a chance.”

TV: 3:30 p.m. ET, ABC

LINE HISTORY: CHI opened at -1, but were bet over the fence to +1.5 by Saturday evening. The total of 194.5 has not shifted since opening.

INJURY REPORT: Cavaliers - N/A Bulls - F Pau Gasol (Ques-Hamstring)

ABOUT THE CAVALIERS: Point guard Kyrie Irving suffered through a miserable 3-of-13 shooting performance in Game 3 with 11 points and zero assists. Coach David Blatt revealed afterward that Irving has a sore right foot that is hampering his play but James doesn’t want any part of excuse-making. “No one feels sorry for Kyrie because he’s hurting,” James told reporters. “We’re not going to make any excuses. He’s on the floor so he has to make plays. Obviously, from a competitive standpoint, it’s killing him inside because I know what type of competitor he is and I know what type of teammate he is.”

ABOUT THE BULLS: Power forward Pau Gasol departed Game 3 with a left hamstring injury and is questionable for Sunday’s game after experiencing issues in each of the last two games. “A couple minutes into the game, it started tightening up again,” Gasol told reporters. “I just tried to play through it as much as I could, but in the second half and third quarter it got worse so I couldn’t sprint.” Backup Taj Gibson, whose screen necessitated a defensive switch that allowed Rose to get in position to make the game-winning shot, will move into the starting lineup if Gasol is ruled out.

TRENDS:

*Cavaliers are 1-4 ATS in the last 5 meetings in Chicago.
*Bulls are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 games vs. a team with a winning S.U. record.
*Under is 34-16-1 in Cavaliers last 51 games playing on 1 days rest.
*Under is 15-6 in Bulls last 21 vs. NBA Central.

Houston Rockets at Los Angeles Clippers (-7.5, 217.5)
Clippers lead series 2-1

A blowout win has put Los Angeles in the driver’s seat but the Clippers need another victory to stay there when they host the Houston Rockets in Sunday’s Game 4 of the Western Conference semifinals. Los Angeles took a 2-1 lead when it broke the game open in the third quarter and rolled to a 124-99 victory over the Rockets on Friday.

Point guard Chris Paul’s hamstring ailment is improving and he’s expected to be in position to increase his minutes on Sunday after contributing 12 points and seven assists in 23 minutes in Game 3. Backup Austin Rivers stole the show for the Clippers by scoring a personal playoff-best 25 points with 16 coming in the pivotal third quarter. Houston’s two losses in the series have been by an average of 20.5 points and center Dwight Howard – averaging 20 points and 13.3 rebounds in the series – hinted that he needs to see more of the basketball. “We have to do a better job of attacking the basket,” Howard told reporters. “When you shoot all 3s, it’s just easy run-outs for them. There is no easy opportunity to crash the boards and it just puts us in a bad position.”

TV: 8:30 p.m. ET, TNT

LINE HISTORY: LAC opened at -7.5 and has remained there since. The total has jumped half a point from 217 to 217.5.

INJURY REPORT: Rockets - G K.J. McDaniles (Out-Wrist) Clippers - N/A

ABOUT THE ROCKETS: Star guard James Harden attempted 15 free throws in Houston’s win and averaged just 5.5 attempts in the two defeats and is averaging 25.7 points and 10 assists in the series. “I think I could have been a little bit more aggressive,” Harden told reporters about his inability to take over in the two losses. “Just too passive. Just too passive.” Harden could use some help from backup forward Josh Smith, who has been highly unproductive in the series and is averaging eight points on 9-of-31 shooting.

ABOUT THE CLIPPERS: The much-maligned Rivers took over Game 3 and scored 15 of his points during the 20-3 burst that broke open the contest. Part of the criticism hurled his way stems from the fact that his father Doc coaches the club and Paul was encouraging dad to enjoy his son’s impressive splurge. “Even when C.P. said that, it was like white noise to me,” Doc Rivers told reporters. “He was just very aggressive and that’s what we’ve been telling him to do. The scoring and all that was great, we love it but the big picture was we allowed C.P. to get back in this series, feel comfortable and not overextend himself.”

TRENDS:

*Rockets are 2-9 ATS in the last 11 meetings.
*Clippers are 2-8 ATS in their last 10 home games.
*Over is 5-0 in Rockets last 5 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600.
*Under is 20-8 in the last 28 meetings in Los Angeles.

Game of the Day: Monday's NBA Playoff action by covers

Atlanta Hawks at Washington Wizards (+4.5, 199)
Wizards lead series 2-1

Paul Pierce just won’t let Washington lose and the Wizards are in position to take a 3-1 lead when they host the top-seeded Atlanta Hawks in Monday’s Game 4 of the Eastern Conference semifinals. Pierce banked in a jumper at the buzzer to give Washington a 103-101 victory on Saturday and the fifth-seeded Wizards now have a chance to take a commanding lead.

Pierce’s heroics were timely as Washington knows it won’t have John Wall (broken left hand and wrist) for the remainder of the series. But the mantra for the squad has been that it will be able to overcome the loss of the standpoint point guard. “We don’t have a choice,” shooting guard Bradley Beal told reporters. “We can sit here and make excuses or we can go out and prove people wrong.” Atlanta power forward Paul Millsap struggled in Game 3 with just eight points and two rebounds while plagued with flu-like symptoms and is just 14-of-39 shooting in the series.

TV: 7 p.m. ET, TNT

LINE HISTORY: Oddsmakers initially opened the Wiz as 3-point dogs, but that's been adjusted to +4.5.
INJURY REPORT: Atlanta - T. Sefelosha (out for season). Washington - J. Wall (questionable)

ABOUT THE HAWKS: Small forward DeMarre Carroll has been Atlanta’s top player in the series and is also considered one of its top defensive players so his absence was conspicuous on Pierce’s game-winning shot. Immediately after the contest, Carroll said he wasn’t physically able to play at the time and then backtracked on those comments the next day, while coach Mike Budenholzer was insisting he went with the best group to get a stop. “I know a lot of people are going to say a lot of things because I’m supposed to be the top defender on the team, but I guess y’all can talk to Coach and he can answer the rest of the questions,” Carroll told reporters.

ABOUT THE WIZARDS: Washington led by 21 points with under 10 minutes to play in Game 3 before seeing the lead evaporate and then needing Pierce to hit one of his customary clutch shots. “Took my time. You know, wanted to make sure I got the shot off with no time on the clock,” Pierce told reporters. “I’ve been in those situations many times.” The Wizards are hoping power forward Nene will continue to play like he did in Game 3 – 17 points on 7-of-9 shooting – as opposed to the poor showings in the first two games when he missed all nine of his field-goal attempts.

TRENDS:

*Wizards are 8-1-1 ATS in their last 10 games overall.
*Over is 6-1 in the last 7 meetings.
*Hawks are 0-4-1 ATS in their last 5 road games vs. a team with a winning home record.
*Hawks are 3-8-1 ATS in their last 12 games overall.

Golden State Warriors at Memphis Grizzlies (+5, 196)
Grizzlies lead series 2-1

The Memphis Grizzlies are hounding the Golden State shooters and seek their third consecutive victory when they host the Warriors in Monday’s Game 4 of the Western Conference semifinals. Memphis has won the past two games with tenacious defense and has held Golden State to an average of 89.5 points during the stretch.

Memphis posted a 99-89 victory in Game 3 to take a 2-1 series lead and held the Warriors to 6-of-26 shooting from 3-point range and swingman Tony Allen promises the approach will be the same in Game 4. “Why would we change anything? I don’t think we should change nothing,” Allen told reporters. “We need to play how we’ve been playing, the way that got us this notoriety – the reason why all these cameras are in my face now.” Golden State posted 67 wins in the regular season and is now facing its largest dose of adversity. “This is kind of our moment of truth,” Warriors coach Steve Kerr told reporters. “You have to learn in the postseason.”

TV:
9:30 p.m. ET, TNT

LINE HISTORY: There hasn't been any line moves in this matchup as of this writing.

INJURY REPORT: Golden State - O. Kuzmic (questionable), M. Speights (doubtful). Memphis - None.

ABOUT THE WARRIORS: NBA MVP Stephen Curry is among the struggling Golden State players and he’s only 4-of-21 from 3-point range over the last two games. “I hold myself to a high standard and I haven’t reached it yet,” Curry told reporters. “So looking forward to the challenge of getting that level in Game 4, setting the tone and it could be a different outcome.” Backcourt mate Klay Thompson had his best performance of the series with 20 points and eight rebounds in Game 3 but missed three of four free throws, including two crucial misses that hindered a fourth-quarter rally attempt.

ABOUT THE GRIZZLIES: Power forward Zach Randolph and center Marc Gasol are operating at will in the interior and combined for 43 points and 23 rebounds in the Game 3 victory. Randolph has three consecutive 20-point outings in the series after failing to record one in the first round against Portland while Gasol had his second 21-point performance of the series on Saturday and is averaging 10 rebounds. “We might not play great or we might not make the shot or we might make mistakes or we might get really slow,” Gasol told reporters. “But we’re going to stay in the moment.”

TRENDS:

*Grizzlies are 8-2-1 ATS in their last 11 games overall.
*Warriors are 2-8 ATS in their last 10 games overall.
*Under is 5-1 in the last 6 meetings.
*Under is 23-3 in Grizzlies last 26 home games.
