Good Lord what a crock of shit.
WVU's life long passion/career has been scamming. Now whether or not you think that is OK is a discussion for another time but the bottom line is that this is the type of person that you should form your opinion through his actions not his words.
Here is an old WVU post I just dug up that outlines some of his chicanery.
Nothing inherently wrong with these guys hammering a casino that was dumb enough to offer that dumb roulette promotion ... assuming each of the "partners" were only using one account/name each (which is highly doubtful LOL, but that discussion is for another time, as you said).

However, here is the part that rubbed me the wrong way when I read it a few months back, and gives you a good indication of the type of person you're dealing with:
we did everything we could to keep the promotion off all the major boards. We even posted negatively about the promotion every time it was brought up in a public forum. It was a very well thought out plan on our part to keep this under wraps enough to not bankrupt the casino and ruin our chances of getting paid. If we did not do pre-promo damage control they would have given away 40 million instead of 4. They would have never paid that much.
Obviously, it was in their best interest to say as little as possible about the promotion beforehand, but WVU basically admitted to spreading lies and mistruths about the promotion, in an attempt to mislead possible participants. To me, that goes over the line into greaseball territory.
