Good Lord what a crock of shit.
WVU's life long passion/career has been scamming. Now whether or not you think that is OK is a discussion for another time but the bottom line is that this is the type of person that you should form your opinion through his actions not his words.
Here is an old WVU post I just dug up that outlines some of his chicanery.

Back in September of 2001 (yeah that time) Casino on Net ran a roulette promotion where they paid double if you hit a 0 or 7 over a 2 hour period. Instead of the usual 35-1 they paid 70-1. I bet $50 and $100 bets on both 0 and 7 for 567 spins. I hit 31 times during the 2 hour period. I made 72k profit when it was all said and done. I was also managing 3 other accounts that netted me another 85 grand after profit sharing.
The casino gave away a total of 4 million in bonuses during that promotion. If you were around the scene back then you probably heard about it as they threw that number up everywhere they could. My team of 14 players took in a total of 1.65 million of that 4 million.

we did everything we could to keep the promotion off all the major boards. We even posted negatively about the promotion every time it was brought up in a public forum. It was a very well thought out plan on our part to keep this under wraps enough to not bankrupt the casino and ruin our chances of getting paid. If we did not do pre-promo damage control they would have given away 40 million instead of 4. They would have never paid that much. At the time their advertising budget was 2 million per month.
Some of our accounts were locked immediately after receiving the bonus dollars 24 hours after the promotion. As it turned out the accounts that got locked were the ones that got over 100k in bonuses and the software could not add a 6 figure bonus. They ended up opening separate accounts for those that went over 100k.
During the promo only 35-1 was paid on the hits and the bonus was added the next day. We loaded up our accounts with anywhere from 10k to 25k to be able to sustain the swings. All 14 of us were on a conference call keeping score so we would know if CON was rigging the game. About half of our accounts busted before the 2 hours were up. My first spin was a 0 so I was ahead for about the first hour or so. My 25k bank was down to about 15k by the time the promo was over.
They made us wager 2 x the bonus before we could cash out. In doing so I figured out that I could continuously make money on their blackjack game by becoming a gold VIP member. Gold members got $4 back for every $1000 they wagered. Their blackjack rules at the time gave the house a .22% edge with perfect play. I essentially made $1.78 for every $1000 wagered when you added the comp dollars. I lost about 5k wagering the 2 million to get to gold VIP. I got many times that back over the next 12 months just by playing. I won several monthly betting contests doing this which also paid 10k a pop until they reduced it to 5k. Eventually they abandoned the gold VIP program and changed in to invite only. It wasn't long after that when they started banning bonus players completely.
From what I know the promotion manager was around for about a month or two after the promotion. He was then demoted to other duties and I was told he quit shortly after. He later partnered with 2 other ex-employees and started another casino that failed quickly
