If there was an illness in his family, as seems to be rumored, thats not anything to make light of. I just want to point out in the bookie stories thread here "family illness" seemed to be a very common story guys came up with to try and not pay.

Whether or not their was one or still is one, I dont know. He did find a few seconds TODAY to post though. But not before the series when he could have confirmed he intended to pay if he lost. While LA was -220 or so favorite to win series no less.

No, it all cleared up today.

Your right not matter what is going on in your life seems we always find time even if it's 15 minutes a day to turn on our computer.

Hell who goes more than a day or two not checking their e-mail.

WVU will get paid I'm sure and we will never hear from him again.

Yea man...

The thing is there is 0 % chance WVU was going to show up and pay 14k after disappearing for 3 months.... You have to be brain dead to think so...

Peps on this site have problems paying 14 buck let alone 14k...

In a related matter, the tool PO69 appears to be stiffing me for a cnote as well. His three grand would have been in the mail the next day if Rockets won.

Rule of thumb.
When someone owes you money, someone in there household is sick.
Same thing happened to me with an infamous poster over here on a bet I won. He paid me only 65% of what he owes me. I went ahead told him to forget about paying the rest. I gave him a discount because I got tired of fighting over it.
He claimed his daughter is deathly ill. Who knows if thats true or not.
He still owes ROYAL FAN money.

EDIT. Did not mention his name because I did not want to hurt royalfans chances of getting his money, but ROYALFAN just out the poster himself.

Good luck royalfan.

Why am I not surprised?

On another note reading this same thread across the street I beg to ask,why are ghost not exposed over there the same as a ghost would be called out here?

We know here if we try and ghost Wil are another mod will expose us.

Anything for more apparent traffic I guess.

You didnt get his money order? When the situation with Trock happened I think it was safe to say you could write that hundy off. There is no doubt that you were good for it.

He cannot possibly come back here and post again after stiffing you a measly hundred. Small price to pay for getting rig of that asshole for good. We'll meet up in Vegas and I 'll split that $100 with you as an appreciation for riding the forum of that piece of shit.

I think Boston up 2-0 was only -140 to win the series, If I remember right, with the idea I guess LA might win 3 straight at home.

lapdance could have bet 1400-1000 on Boston at that point and figured this series isnt going right for me what the hell, Ive got 0-12,600 if the Lakers still win, but he couldnt do that because it was clear he wasnt getting 14K if the Lakers won.

his bet still had great equity, naturally the weaselly con man angle shooter WVU didnt show at all until the equity was zero.

you were right all along royalfan about him!

Wow. Now I understand why sportsbettors are seen as scumbags by the majority of society.

with Boston up 2-0, Celts were +450 to win in 6games! that's just wrong. even if that bet lost, that's just wrong

he wasn't just a sports bettor, but also a bonus thief. Let's not confuse him with real sports bettors.

what a joke that pos is. once it was revealed he didn't have the money for a $20 buy-in at Vegas you had to figure something is SERIOUSLY wrong in that guy's life. HE TRIED TO BARTER ELVIS CHIPS IN VEGAS FOR A $20 BUY IN.

to this point, that's the funniest story i have read on this board. not even close, and its 100% true story. can't be topped.

and oh yeah back to the subject at hand, this guy conveniently posts the day after the finals? really?

Your thoughts are correct, Boston was still only -140.

It would have been tough to pass that up at that point of the series. I think I remember that Lapdance said he had the bet with WVU plus another future for $22000. Initially he said he was going to let it ride but being down 0-2 I'm thinking he would try and take a little back. Makes the situation even more pathetic

there's only one thing that's "right". and we are on the topic of stiffs, which includes po69. there's no 'defending himself'. he either paid his lost bet or didn't. he's already on the record for not paying a loan. just another notch on his belt

what up TTP, how you been?
