C'mon guys...the man is a MAGICIAN!! Just like David Copperfield in the Bermuda Triangle. The only thing I'm trying to figure out is why this show is 2 hours and the man is trying to break a record of 9 minutes. Somebody said that this guy gets a lot of puss, I would too if I had his folding money in my pocket!

Illusion is right. As far as I know he is not attempting to break the actual world record for holding one's breath, he is attempting about 8 minutes which will be about one minute short. This also allows him to cheat, perform an illusion, or whatever you would liketo call it without the scrutiny of the "Guinness" people.

Good thing Im not a bookmaker. It was the realdeal =- teh guy was obviously in pain. You could tell around the 5 minute mark he wasnt gonna make it. Dont know why they had him expend energy by unlocking himself from the chains. Every effort burns oxygen. Still 7+ minutes is a hell of a long time under water.
