I just wanted to add my 2 cents. First of all some posters offend others and get out of hand and some are borderline yet annoying especially when someone posts a picks thread and is losing. But Will has nothing to do with it. People are free to post what they want and annoying or stupid most of these posts don't warrant major actions. Most newbies or out of hand Oldbies learn to get along eventually. Most problems solve themselves over time. Will can step in and move a thread or edit one and suggest things to posters in an effort to let people work thing out for themselves. Of course there is more serious action like Banning and post review etc. Will is just trying to let people grow here and giving people a second or third chance. We all need forgiveness here and there. I also like his matter of fact attitude. He says it as he sees it. Also he usually can take some ribbing and criticism. These constant threads putting him on the spot are basically unwarranted. There is I'm sure pressure and scrutiny from RX ownership on Wil since the whole Shink, General, Bucsfan things are big moves. He has done a good job here. He should not have to constantly be defending himself and if he does explain and defend himself he should certainly be able to throw out a bit of attitude and a little sarcasm while doing it. Mods are a bit short during the slow season and there are a ton of newbies that are learning to behave while not knowing whos who. Instead of crying which I can do to how about we all help moderate for free by politely telling a poster he is out of line and why when a zoo thread gets out of hand. Some posters are beyond help and the Mods will figure them out eventually after trying to get them in line and act accordingly. As far as the NBA forum it was a bit crazy there but there were some crazy games and lost money like jungle fever in the august heat.
