What is sad is certain posters will spread lies all day long, they live for it, somehow it makes them feel important..I feel sorry for them.

95% of the people who post on the internet don't live for the gossip of these sports forums....yet we see the same 5% always starting crap.

It's easy to take shots at people when you have nothing at stake and no facts and sadly if one says something long enough some start to believe it as truth.

Sorry to add the ever popular "good post" here but its true. Its smart, insightful and spot on. There isn't one poster that is bigger then theRX if any poster leaves its like a drop in the ocean since there is someone to take its place. In my time here every month of two I hear people go this place is going downhill and this and that while it isn't for everybody this place has contiune being more successful month after month no matter the hits it takes.

Dawoof, I hope you don't go. I work on a computer all day too so I'm in and out of here all day long. I get a lot more out of this site than just gambling information, especially when it's not football season. Compared to the others...well, there is no comparison.

It's hard to comprehend what the Mods have to deal with here. This is a huge website with thousands of posters, unlike most of the competitors. It's also hard to read people when you cant see their facial expressions or body language. Words are often misinterpreted when sarcasm or humor is intended.

Anytime you put 20,000 people in the same place, there are going to be assholes and jerks. This place is certainly no different. I think the Mods do the best job they can, and quite frankly, I think if anything they are overly leniant here with some who are constantly bashing or pissing like a baby.

Speaking on behalf of all the mods here, we try and do what is best for the majority of posters and/or what is best for TheRX as a whole.

Lets all continue to enjoy this great business that we all are affiliated with in some way, shape, or form.

I understand about the sport forums and that is one of the reasons The Rx. hired OldmanTed. Xpanda is simply helping out in Politics.

Actually The Rx. numbers are better than ever. We just experienced a record month of April for active threads, number of posts, new sign-ups and positive response from our advertisers.

I have Sportsavant getting extremely active with contests now. In fact look for a great Kentucky derby contest to be posted soon.

I have been busy myself during this uproar here trying to post a super Blackjack hand contest for our upcoming Rx. Bash.
