The freest are Hong Kong and Singapore. They were piles of ruble after the Japanese were done with them after WWII. Now they have strong economies and middle classes, their poverty rates are in the 20s and falling.
What methodology does the WTO use? On one hand we're penalized for having an expensive system, despite part of the expense is due to the employer paying for it, but that also gives us shorter wait times. We have a mixed health care system here.

Yes I would if the federal government actually had programs like universal health care, free college, state paid daycare services. Etc like European countries have.
