Read the original post by the guy who started this thread. He already knows everything that you have stated. He knows Tiger hasnt won and his poor play recently. You have told him nothing he doesnt already know. He apparently feels like you and didnt think Tiger should be the favorite. But since he is, he wants to know why? All you have done is tell him things he already knows. if you want to give your reasons why he shouldn't be the favorite, then start your own thread about that subject. You have contributed nothing to this thread that everyone doesn't already know...
The Poster that started the thread had one sentence that said nothing except that he is puzzled by this. I don't know what he knows, he told us nothing, you obviosuly can read minds. I added something to the thread, on why he shouldn't be a favorite, just move on if you don't like it. He doesn't drive straight, he doesn't win, and he doesn't make putts. Finally, you said something that makes sense. I agree, and I can promise you the books wouldn't be comfortable laying out a 30-1 # on tiger at a major, or any other tourn. For one thing, they don't have to put out a # like that because he is tiger and ppl will bet on him whether he is even money or 100:1.
Now as far as the what he used to do thing you said.....have we not watched tiger go through a swing change and suck for awhile, which has ppl like you saying he is done yada yada yada....and then all the sudden it clicks for him and he wins almost every tourn he enters? If I'm not mistaken we have seen this before, twice. But yet, ppl like you still think he sucks if he doesn't win every tourn he plays. It's unreal how stupid some ppl are and how little they know about golf. Dude I have played enough golf to access this situation. People like me make a killing on assessing bad odds. I loaded up on the -120 to not win a major. Check what it is now ! You probably don't even belong to a sportsbook so I will tell you so you will know, its closer to-200 now. Who in the hell cares if he has gone thru swing changes before. Your living in the past !
