Name the 20 golfers you would take ahead of tiger woods at a major?
If tiger doesn't win every golf tourn he enters, ppl think he is done....its ridiculous. He had a meltdown last year, divorce, now swing change.
Why is Phil getting so much love from the books? Same reason tiger is.... Dude has sucked since Augusta last year

Until he wins again he shouldn't be a favorite, what are you watching when he keeps missing putts and hitting into the rough. Nobody is afraid of him no more and the golfers are alot better now then they were 5 years ago.

Bet him then if you want ! He hasn't done anything even on his favorite courses in last 1 1/2 years to warrant a favorite.

LOL, dude, the thread is about why he is the favorite, not whether he will win or not. Myself and many others have given plenty of reasons why he is the favorite. None of us has said he will win the tournament, just that he could win. This is a gambling site, but seems to me many of you dont understand what gambling is about if you can't understand why Tiger is listed as the favorite. I don't care what he has done the last 1 1/2 years, the books are not going to make Tiger a 30-1 shot in the Masters no matter what any of you think.

I have plenty of money at -120 that he doesn't win a major this year. There is no reason for him to be a favorite anywhere right now. I agree 30/1 is way off, should be more like 15/1. To many stupid people wagering that he will win just because of his past. The past means nothing to me. The past he never missed inside 10 feet. Now its routine. I would also wager that I have posted alot more worthwhile info on gambling then you on this site then you so wouldn't got here If I were you.

Oh, and by the way, Tiger is also the favorite(4-1 at bodog) to win the US Open this year...

fantastic bet for someone who wants to lose money on a guy who can't play 4 rounds of good golf, has errant shots , and who can't make putts. Great value ! Good luck !

you know, you are really a dick,LOL. I am not betting on Tiger Woods to win anything, but you keep responding as if I said I was. I dont normally root for people to lose bets, but I sure hope Tiger wins a major this year, just so you lose yours. All Ive done in this thread and respond to the question first ask as to why Tiger is the favorite. I never said he should be the favorite or that he would win, just the reasons why the books have made him the favorite. But guys like you just want to turn things into a pissing match and try and turn the thread into something it isnt about. I will be sure to bump this thread when Tiger wins his first major this year...

most likely that won't happen. More likely he misses the cut in a major then win one. When you start posting that some of us don't understand gambling you open yourself up bro ! Not exactly holding my breath on what your rooting for either, but good luck on your bets. BTW I added to this thread alot with good info on why not bet him as a favorite for the fools that do. Stated the same thing on a better thread on this subject.

i'm not betting on tiger to win augusta (and i'm a homer, it would not suprise me or anybody else if he did though,) but answer this.....gun to your head, life or death, you have to pick the winner, who are you picking??? thats what i thought....

btw, tiger's shortgame looking good in RD 2 today....

Lefty backs up his title with another epic Sunday shot down the strecth to tie Tiger & Arnie as the 2nd most wins ever (4 wins) at Augusta. Sounds like a winner to me. You better believe I will be there 3 of the 4 days. I do enjoy watching Sunday from my couch tho. The Sunday Badges bring a nice little coin to my pocket, so I usually sell those to some donk that wants to say they were there instead of seeing Golf's greatest major unfold (which I enjoy).

I do miss the old Bell South Classic that was played the week before and most of the big boys would be in it. That was always a cheap ticket for some good golf.

Anyways, if you want to bet of a fav, go Phil. He has owned Augusta in his career (remove some bone-head shots and he would have 5 jackets already). I personally am looking forward to seeing Bubba Watson bend the ball around the pines here in Georgia. Should be a great tourney!

gun to my head, I would pick 20 golfers ahead of Tiger as of right now.
BTW 1 round making some good shots means nothing. BTW He hasn't won in 17 months

Well, you my friend are an idiot....feel free to name 20 golfers u would pick ahead of tiger woods at the masters. I can think of about 3 that have a chance....kaymer, westward, and mickelson....but u can't say mickelson because he is playing like shit and according to u, that means he can't win the masters

Bet Woods then if you want IDIOT! I would bet Mickelson ahead of Woods. I bet the whole field at -120 for him not to win a major. I don't need to pick 20 golfers , I have all of them that tee up in 13 days.

Although I can understand Tiger being the favorite, gun to my head I can think of about 5 golfers I would put ahead of him at this point to actually win it.

Hunter Mahan
Bubba Watson
K.J. Choi
Matt Kuchar
Martin Kaymer

Those are good picks. Im a big Bubba fan, but I'm not sure he can hold it together for 4 rounds at Augusta. Mahan either. Seems like he consistently wilts under big time pressure. Kuchar great choice, choi, great choice. I can't stand kaymer, but the guy is good

According to u, woods doesn't have a chance because he hasn't been playing well, but you would bet mickelson? Lmao...ok buddy. Mickelson has a good chance for the same reason tiger does, they know how to play at Augusta. And no, I'm not betting woods...just explaining why he is the fav...I didn't think you could name 20

Mahan has folded at times. But is super talented and getting better every year. And Watson is a little bi-polar and erratic. But both of these players are experienced, very dangerous when the spotlight is off of them and they're playing from behind. I would have included Dustin Johnson in that group because of his length off the tee, and the short clubs he would be using coming in to the greens. But he's a young player that seems to make mistakes at the worst possible times. And he would have to be hot all week with the driver to get it done.

It's all about where your ball lands on the green, and putting at the masters. Which makes experience of utmost importance.

I have the whole field buddy,LMAO don't need to name 20. Mickelson has won in last 17 months, Tiger hasn't. Like I said, go bet Tiger like the other fools have been doing for the last 17 months. I fine with my play, go make yours now and run along
