Hey guys. Want to make sure I understand this as I am ready to jump into the world of bitcoin.
1. Setup circle acct
2. Setup blockchain acct
3. When ready, request a Bitcoin withdrawal.
4. Withdrawal of 1k leaves book and goes to circle.
5. Go to circle and trf money to blockchain.
6. From blockchain request trf to my debit acct which is linked to my checking acct.

is this correct? I think 5 and 6 maybe wrong but will let the experts confirm. Lmk. Thanks

I posted this a while back:

1. Buy bitcoins through
Coinbase.comor Circle.com. Link to bank account.

2. Set up a blockchain.info wallet.

3. Transfer bitcoins from Coinbase or Circle to blockchain.info wallet.

4. Make all deposits and withdrawals between your blockchain.info wallet and sportsbook.

5. To cash out transfer bitcoins from your blockchain.info wallet to Coinbase or Circle.

Misc..

A. Circle and Coinbase start off with fairly low limits that increase with time.

B. Localbitcoins.comis a great place to buy/sell. I've done ****** transactions as well as depositing into someone's Bank of America account and having them put money in my bank account.

C. With localbitcoins, make sure that you are dealing with someone with a 100% reputation and many transactions. There have been a couple of chargebacks with ******/

D. LibertyX has locations where you can buy bitcoins in person. Free up to the first $1000 and 1% after that.

E. It seems very complicated at first but after a couple of transactions, it's very easy.

Instead of using a blockchain.info wallet in the middle, it's now best to use an exchange in the middle such as Poloniex, BTC-e, Bitstamp. This serves to wash the money.

At one time, Coinbase/Circle seemed to look at just one hop. They have chan
ged than and using a wallet may not work in all cases.

Usin
g an exchange serves as proof if you are questioned by Coinbase/Circle. You can claim to be a trader.

Debit cards are now accepted and you can do instant transactions instead of waitin
g the 1-4 days for the money to hit the bank or to purchase.

Thanks raiders. So instead of 2 being blockchain, replace with an exchange. Which one do you use

I use Poloniex because there are no fees. My transfers out of Poloniex are within 30 minutes but I also trade other crypto-currencies. There may be a delay for non-traders. This may have happened to Hache Man from reading his posts.

The other exchanges charge a small fee for withdrawals so they don't care if you trade or not. I do trade at other exchanges but all my book transactions are going through Poloniex.

Hey Raider. Which wallet is a good one to use for a 1st time user who wants to collect more than the $300 limit on circle. I'd like to at least be able to cash out 1500 - 2k

Looks like you can buy them at a Bitcoin atm/dispensary. However you have to scan your drivers license. Same with buying them on debit through circle.

can anyone answer if it's safe or even smart to give these places your drivers license info? Has anyone done this? Seems crazy to give them all this info, but perhaps I'm overthinking. I know they need to do this to comply with 'kyc'.

Just wanted to throw on here that if you request the limit increase with Circle, they will give you 3k per week purchasing power of BTC. You can send and receive as much as you like.

Thanks - I started adding this extra measure by using this exchange. I will say - sometimes the transfer times out can take up to 24 hours. I guess that's for non traders as you're saying.

Quick question. So these exchanges cause some
magic to happen with shuffling the coins???

Bovada doesn't offer their visa fast payout anymore so I tried this bitcoin crap. It took 5 min to setup a wallet at coinbase and within 20 min my $2800 withdrawal from Bovada was in my bitcoin account. Probably should have read in to it more. Now I have to setup a bank account and wait for the two little deposits. Is it really this easy? I'd become a huge fan if it is. But reading about possible account freezes and getting a middle man? When do you have to start worrying about that and is it really easy to convert your bitcoin to usd and transfer it to your account?

Takes 1.5 - 2 days for Bitcoin to hit your bank.

The moving from book to wallet, then wallet to other, only takes a matter of hours.

So usually about 2 days for a withdrawal to be totally complete.

It's as close to Pay.....Pal and Neteller as we've seen.

Everyone should be using it by now...

Frikkin crazy. That is awesome. So can you exchange your bitcoin for USD before your bank account is verified? I don't trust Bitcoin enough to have it sitting in my account, would like to transfer it out immediately but can't see any options on coinbase unless I verify a bank account, which I started the process.

I don't remember but it seems as if you might have to verify your bank acct with some sites.

I learned how to get started only a few months ago from poster raiders72 who knows his stuff on it all...

I've always been able to trust Bovada with payouts and their Visa fast payouts were awesome... but their limits are insane. How can a book of their size limit a second half bet on a Thursday night college football game to $500? I tried to bet $2000 (even) on Houston -6.5 and they wouldn't even approve a $1000. Just ridiculous... aren't they a big enough book to except much larger wagers?

Bovada is such fucking trash. How can they not accept those bets with their size? Just pathetic.

Love Bitcoin, I've done three deposits so far and have another 900 in my blockchain account ready to deposit if needed. I like Bitcoin as an investment as well, I plan on transferring 3-5 grand over time
