...a buddy of mine who HAD COVID in may '20, recovered quickly, and just got his 2nd shot last week. I asked him why would you do that when you built up antibodies with a great immune system and his answer was "to shut my wife up". that's a better reason than some fn job

In the USA, people who wonder if they already had asymptomatic covid are told after 90 days, it will not show up on an antibody test, and many think they might have had it the initial lockdown & crazy period last spring into early this year, and it is too late to detect. So take the vaccine and STFU they are told.

What do you propose we all do? What will you do when they say you can not go anywhere in a public setting(grocery stores etc..) not fly on any commercial planes. Not travel to certain states etc…

This is the problem. We don't know how many. We don't know what truth is vs spins or flat out lies.
That's not conspiracy bullshit, that's fact. Ive seen example after example of this the past year and a half. See something as fact with my own eyes, then see the media and/or government try to tell us something different. For example (one of many), they are telling us last year just how dangerous Covid is. Shaming anyone who is defying lock down orders. Even arresting people who are just trying to make a living.
Then BLM has riot after riot all over the country. And not a peep from these people. They condoned it. Covid all of the sudden wasn't an issue if you had a good reason in their eyes to gather in large crowds.
It's ridiculous. All trust in the government and media is gone. The only people in this country that turn on NBC/CBS/ABC national news and take it as fact and face value, are the absolute ignorant.

I mean they’re probably hurting more than helping at this point at work now allowing the vaccinated to go through any entrance without a temp check and not masked up, right?
I wish I’d walk into work tonight and they say go to medical for the jab or go home, I’d be playing golf in the morning trying out my new wedges now that the temps are gonna dwindle back down to the 80s…
