I work for a company way larger than his. They say of the several thousand that are at my local location, about 30-40% are vaccinated. Of that 60-70% that are not vaccinated, I'd say 80% of those are willing to walk, including myself. Most of the hourly workforce here has worked here 20+ years too, and they're high paying jobs for the area...
Screw that vaccine. Haven't yet, and never will. That also goes for my children...
I think it will depend on the area and the political makeup in different parts of the country as to whether or not particular companies try to mandate it.
I think in many instances, it will be a game of chicken. Which side blinks first. Who calls the other's bluff. As always, there is strength in numbers.

They lifted mask requirements at work for the vaccinated. They're allowed to go in all entrances without the temp check too. Good on the mask, lol, I'm not vaccinated and I stopped wearing it long before they said you couldn't and a handful of others did too. Ain't nobody said nuttin', and that's what it's gonna take to move past this nonsense...
