Just a little update on my end i called bookmaker today to see if there was a tracking # available for the reissued check and they said the did not have that info so I called the processor and he said he was still waiting on the tracking # and he was hoping to have it today. I requested this on last Tuesday (12/9) and there is still no tracking number or no check! This is awful customer service as far as I'm concerned and they are not taking care of this matter like they should. So is there anyone that you can tell me to talk to speed this process up?

On a side note I requested a Fed ex withdraw from The Greek on Sunday night at 10:00pm and when I walked in to work today the check was waiting for me. That is how customer service is supposed to work.:toast:
I got a phone call last night from my V.I.P rep.(Brian) asking if i was ready to re-up with them for the College Bowl Season. I told Brian that I was never going to re-up with them because of the current situation and he said that was totally unacceptable and he would do everything he can to make it right. This morning I get a call from Brian saying they are waiting on the tracking number for the check and he was going to call me asap to let me know the number and he also apologized to me numerous times saying this is not the way Bookmaker/Cris does business and the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. Brian also gave me a 20% credit on the bounced check. I will let you know when I get the tracking number and get the check.
wow...that's very good custmer service.. I understand you were frustrated before since the check bounced but have them give you 20% credit is very nice of them... your bank probably charged you less than $20 for bounced check fee(some bank do charge the fee even if it's not your fault that check bounced) and in return, get 20%.... hope you will get your check very soon and thumbs up to bookmaker!!
Not all the time. I thought so myself a few months back after it was promised to me and they ended up pulling the old bait and switch on me when it came payout time. First they cancelled my payout without notifying me (I had to call to find out when I was going to get my moneygram payout which was going to be never while I noticed the funds still sitting in my account) then it went from we can do $2500 to we'll do $1500 and you have to pay the fee! WTF? You said I could use my Betpoints and now that I won, you wanna give me the hucklebuck? It cost me $100 to send $2500 to another book which they did the same day. Just sharing my experiences whether someone like it or not. Love the book for their offerings but hate the payout headaches. Wasn't like that 2-3 years ago and I didn't use Neteller to deposit there.
Bounced all around for me was $1500, $2500 with your points, then $1000. I don't know it was always something different depending on when you asked. Before depsoit and at payout time. Got frustrating but hey what can you do? Still like the book layout and offerings but hate the BS. Never knew how much I would miss Pinny until years later.
The bounced check matter is finally over. Brian my Rep. called me again on Thur. and said the processor is basically giving him the run around and nobody knows where the check is and that he is going to stop payment on the reissued check and he is going to do a moneygram for me at no charge. So I get a call on Friday with all the info I need for the moneygram and go to wally world and receive my funds.Brian also had them refund the original fed-ex charge of $50 back into my account. So the matter is finally settled and I am happy. It should have been done a lot faster but like VD said you have to talk to the people that actually give a fuck about the company reputation.

I requested a withdrawal 10 days ago (paid extra for fedex shipping) and nothing yet. I need to make another withdrawal asap.
Are the friggin checks going to bounce?
Bookmaker has put me through hell and been very rude and incompetent while doing so. They very clearly do not follow their word and I do not believe they take the necessary steps to treat customers fairly. At least that has been my experience.
Now I have to worry that my cash is stuck there or worry about the check clearing and then vouncing in 2 weeks?
