I called cs today and was able to just deposit the money back into my account. Once it was funded back into my account I moved my whole balance to Bet Jamaica. I asked could they waive the fee since i've basically been without my money for well over a month but they declined so cost me 100 . Fortunately Bet Jam gave me a 10% re-up bonus so that helped.

Been debating transferring the funds myself, but i'm a dam stickler for giving away a dime. Bookmaker claims to have resolved the check issues from this point going forth, but with other competitors (5dimes,Betjam) they get the money to you at a ridiculous pace, has me still thinking on this one. :think2::think2::think2:

The kicker for me was i wanted to be reimbursed for my bank fees from the returned check and they said i would have to send a copy of my bank statement as if they didn't believe i was charged for the check that they knew bounced.

Some banks don't charge for checks bounced to you. Mine doesn't.

My bank does charge a fee but that wasn't really the point. It shouldn't take me 6 weeks to not get my money so you'd think they would want to be a little more helpful but that's ok it won't happen to me again..

Was provided tracking number that showed check is within my state. So I should have my check by Monday. Looks like I will receive my money within a week from the request date. Now let's see if the check is good, which I would presume at this point will be since bookmaker claims to have corrected that issue. Will keep you guys posted.:103631605

Check received. A week from the date requested. In the bank and now we await the clearing process which should not be a problem.

Because of all the miss-communication in their customer service department, CRIS is trying to implement a VIP department of sorts to help customers with problems that an ordinary rep would have, or a new rep....CRIS has taken this step because of all the feedback they are getting here and from other customers world-wide....good move by them...

Should be ready to go soon....

I don't understand why anyone posts up with them. Don't they charge about $1000 for a fedex withdrawal???

I am being facetious. Betjam is a great shop and gives you one free fedex withdrawal per month. Great customer service as well. Just don't understand why people play at Bookmaker with the fees and subpar customer service. Just my opinion.
