And as for wanting them to do well because they would contribute to the economy, that's not true. Big businesses like Wal-mart and McDonalds among others thrive off of the poor. Their whole business is based from poor people. If everyone had money they would be able to afford to buy more expensive locally made products or at least shop at locally owned shops therefore supporting your local community. Not supporting one corporate giant that is stealing money from neighborhoods. So you are wrong. Capitalists do NOT want everyone doing well.

Capitalism is no longer about ownership of everthing by a few - ownership is now for and by the many - the robber barons exist only in your firtile moonbat mind.

The poorest Americans can now participate in ownership of property and business if they are smart and frugal. It might be only a small condo and a few dollars in an IRA or 401k - but it's still ownership.

Good jobs are going unfilled because there aren't enough qualified people to fill them - all they need is the proper portfolio of educatiion and experince - and they can't get the experience without the education.

Why do you think we Republicans have such disdain for the public school system? Because it's cheating us out of qualified workmen and future cutomers. Those kids in Detroit and other cities who are dropping out of school will probably end up in jail and a drain on the economy instead of working in productive jobs, paying taxes and owning that little house that needs appliances and repairs.

Democrats owe the teachers unions big time, so you'll continue to see inner cities school systems go to hell along with the kids they're supposed to be teaching.

A businessmans vested interest is to see a lot of customers with plenty of money ready to buy his product. You can't spend money if you're poor.

But when you sell a cheap product because you employ people who earn slave wages and buy products made from companies that have outsourced jobs. Then you rely on people having to buy your cheap product instead of a quality product from a store that pays well and gives health care and made from people in America that are paid well and are given good benefits. No, hating religion is not the same as discriminating. To discriminate would be for me to give undeserving treatment to a person because of something. I would not do that.
